Chapter 27: Pre-concert

3 person POV

Everyone walked into the dressing room and placed the stuff down.

"Alright boys! You guys need to do a sound check in 5 minutes, so I would start getting there." Paul announced as he walked in.

"Ok, thanks Paul." Liam said then turned his attention to Hazel. "Ok sunshine, we all have to go on stage to practice for tonight. Can you please stay with Pauly until we come back." Liam asked to which Hazel nodded.

"Good girl." Liam said and gave her a big hug. "We will be back soon." Liam added on before he left with the others.

The only people left in the room were Hazel and Paul.

"Alright Hazel, what do you wanna do?" Paul asked the little girl in front of him. Hazel took a moment to think until she shrugged her shoulders.

"Hmm? How about I show you around then maybe we can sneak in and watch your daddies practice? How does that sound?" Paul asked the child.

"Yeah!" Hazel said becoming excited to the idea of watching her dads sing.

"Ok, hold my hand please." Paul says as he holds out his hand, not wanting the child to get lost since this is his responsibility to look after the 8 year old.

They take their time walking round the building and stopping for some snacks. This took about 25 minutes, but when they were done they walked out onto the floor where some of the fans will be standing, watching the men perform.

All the boys immediately noticed the two walk in and gave Hazel a wave.

The boys sang a few more songs, with Hazel dancing around to them, then it was time to head backstage as the fans would be in soon.

"Well cupcake, did you like that?" Harry asked as he walked back to the dressing room with Hazel.

"Yeah, it was fun." Hazel said excitedly. "Glad you liked it." Harry told her and gave her a kiss to the head.

Once they made it into the dressing room they all sat on the couch and took a breath.

Hazel went and got two of her dolls that she brung and started playing with them, imagining that they were going to watch her dads live. Hazel was paying no attention to what her dads were talking about.

"Do you think she is ready?" Niall asked. "I think so, as long as we are with her, which we will be, I'm sure she'll be fine." Louis tried calming everyone's nerves.

"Well we better let her know so we aren't just springing it up on her like two minutes before it happens." Liam said, the boys nodding in agreement.

"Hazel, Petal, can you come here for a second? Nothing bad don't worry." Zayn asked, while assuring her that she is not in trouble.

"Yeah" Hazel mumble while nodding her head, laying her dolls to the side so no one will trip over them.

Hazel ran up and Zayn took her on his lap, tickling her a little, making her laugh.

"Ok, so our family's are coming to the show tonight, and they really want to meet you. Would you like to meet them after the show?" Louis asked. Hazel shrugged, again she doesn't like new people.

"Well we will be with you the whole time and if you get to scared or nervous, tell one of us and we can leave and meet them another day, there is no rush." Harry told the innocent child.

"Yeah, we are so proud of you, you have come a long way and we couldn't have asked for a better kid." Liam told her which made Hazel smile.

"Alright who wants to go and get some food?" Niall asked after a moment of silence, lifting the mood a little and getting 'yeah' from everyone.
