Rosie's POV

I stand in anticipation and excitement at the Canterlot train station. I step up and down fast, excited. Zoe's coming back this week!

I can't wait to have our traditional sleepover and go back to that milkshake spot and eat cake and ice cream in my room and watch superpony movies and-

OMG! The train from Ponyville's pulling into the station!

The train doors open a few seconds later, ponies practically spilling out of the carriages, running to greet their families and stuff.
My blue eyes scan past the unimportant ponies, trying to identify my best friend.

Just when I start to think she might have missed the train or something...

"Rosie Burrito Chuckito Assfaaaaace!" I hear Zoe's voice call happily behind me.

I pull an intense scrunchy face, turning around abruptly. As soon as I see her, I leap at her, making a "SCREEEEEEEE" sound somehow, tackling Zoe into a hug. I take all my rage out on hugging her so tightly I can hear the air being squeezed out of her puny body.

"The abuse will have to wait," I growl like a demon in her ear.

"What?" She chokes.

I let go, taking a step back, "Eheh, I mean, yay! I'm so happy you're back! How was it?"

Zoe smiles cheerily, "Awesome! Matt and I played video games all night and I-"

"You and Matt, eh?" I raise both eyebrows up and down.

"Yes, us," she rolls her eyes, "What about you and Loki?" I blush hard, giving her her own little response. Thankfully, she continues, "Anyways, turns out I'm a pretty good gamer girl-"

"Really?" I raise an eyebrow, "Who'da thunk it?"

"Yeah, so anyway, last night, something really awesome happened-"

"D'you want me to take your bag?" I ask, noticing her blue tail being purposely moved over her flank.

"No, I'm good. What I really wanted to show you was-"

"We should get going. We've got a lot of time wasting to do," I smile, leading Zoe out of the train station.

"Rosie!" She exclaims in fake anger, "Something really awesome happened yesterday!"

"Really?" I cock my head to the side as we trot down the steps, away from the train station, "What?"

Zoe bounces in front of me, lifting her tail up to reveal a black headset with a microphone connected to it on her purple butt.

"I got my cutie mark!"

My eyes widen. "You WHAT?!"

~

I pace up and down the outside of Loki's cell, having a good ol' bitch about Zoe while he blatantly ignores me with a book.

"I mean, c'mon! Who has a headset as a cutie mark!? Who earns their cutie mark in a day?" I wave my hooves frantically in the air.

"Uh-huh," Loki says by default, turning a page of his book.

"Where did that even come from anyway? Isn't she really into fashion and designing and magic and... stuff?" I turn to Loki for support.

"Uh-huh," he nods.

"So why didn't she get one for that? And we were supposed to get our cutie marks together! Now our friendship will never be the same! Just because her cutie mark is really cool, doesn't mean she has to go showing it off to everypony!" I cross my arms, levitating in the air.
