"Rosie!" Zoe jumps on my bed, waking me up.

I groan, "Go away, I'm sleeping." I snuggle into my big, white pillow. Ah... so soft...

"Get up, get up!" She whines, bouncing up and down on me.

"No," I shove my face into my pillow. "Never shall I leave this bed again. Ever."

Zoe stops bouncing, leaning over me. She breathes into my face, "Not even to see Loki?"

I open an eye wide to be greeted with her signature pervert smirk. "I really hate you sometimes," I sigh, feeling a smudge of damp drool that I've been sleeping in.

Zoe bursts the doors to Loki's room open, prancing in happily. I follow slowly, stretching out like a yawning cat, cracking my wings to wake them up a bit.

"Sleep well?" Loki grins from his cell. He's already standing in front of the glass doors, as if waiting to be let out.

"Mmmmnnnn," I groan, flicking my newly brushed fringe out of my eyes. It was a tangle before. Well, what'd you expect? I don't look like sleeping beauty when I wake up. Ever.
"What did you want to show us, Zoe?" I ask sleepily, stepping further into the room.

"Magic," Zoe answers,

Loki's face falls into a frown. "Oh, no you don't-"

"Don't worry, it won't be like the last... three... (four?) times, Loki," Zoe waves a hoof nonchalantly, "You won't even be the one I'm practising on." She looks to me.

I shrug, "Oh, what the hell. Why not?"

"No, Rose-"

"Loki, I'll be fine," I shake my head, closing my eyes, "The sooner we get this over with, the sooner I get to go back to bed."

"Oh, you won't want to go to sleep when you see what I've got for you!" Zoe says excitedly. "Let's do this!"

"Hurry up," I sigh, feeling the dark circles under my eyes. Loki bites his lip, looking at me with concern.

He opens his mouth, "I really don't think-"

"Loki," I say blankly, "Shut up."

Zoe smirks, glowing her horn. Just like many other spells, I'm lifted into the air.

Loki presses a hoof against the glass, helplessly attempting to be on the other side.

Out from my chest comes a blue spark of magic. It studies me for a moment, before it starts swirling around my body.
It spins faster and faster, blurring me from the view of anypony else in the room, until all I can see is the blue. My mane blows in the wind the magic is picking up. What the hell is going on?!

A flash of light hits me. I snap my eyes closed by instinct, holding back a yell of surprise.

I feel myself slam back to the ground with an "Oof!"

The light fades away. I open my eyes slowly to see Loki staring at me intently, taking a hoof away from his once-shielded face. Zoe stands in front of his cell, smiling widely down at me. She bats her eyelashes, "Well?"

"Well what?" I groan, rubbing my head and standing up from my belly. At least I don't have a horn this time.

"Did it work?" She asks.

"Did what work?" I tilt my head in confusion, my temples thumping, "I feel normal."

Zoe sighs in frustration, drawing a circle in the air with her hoof, "Open your wings."
