(A/N: Just before we get started on this chapter... guess what number it is? TWENNY WUN!
... *cough*...
Whatever, on with the story!)

I wake up in my soft bed, eyes droopy and mane tousled. Basically, the opposite of bright eyed and bushy tailed. But definitely, deliciously comfortable. Warm light seeps in through the dark room from the curtains. I yawn and stretch in the bed when my stomach growls, asking for food.

Slowly, I slide out of bed, lazily making my way to the door. Flufflepuff gasps at me from her box, leaping into me. She playfully tackles me to the ground, me giggling. "Morning, Fluffle," I smile, ruffling the fur on her head while she has me on my back. "Listen, I'm sorry about the way I treated you yesterday, I-" And then, as if one beaver removed one, tiny stick from the dam, all the memories from last night come flooding back to me. I wince at them and wriggle from Fluffle's grasp. "How about you do some colouring?" I suggest.

She gasps and leaps off me, grabbing crayons and paper from her fur and drawing things on my bed. I stand up, smoothen out my wild mane, and go to the bathroom to look at my reflection. Yup, I look like a freakin' zombie, crusty eyes, messy hair, limp posture and bags under my eyes.

"Urgh," I sigh, turning the tap on, splashing my face with cold water. I spend the next few minutes trying to fix up my appearance, and when I'm finished, I trot out if my room and down the hallway to the library to get Loki another book.

I bump into Moona while I'm there. "Oh, hey... Rosa, right?" She says in surprise.

"Rosie," I correct.

"So, what do you need?"

"Well, I'd really like some adventure books, but I think he'd like some stuff where you learn things," I reply, thinking, "Or maybe he'd want romance..."

"He?" Moona smirks.

"I- I mean me- I!" I stutter.

She chuckles as she turns to the many shelves of the library, picking out books with her magic. When she's gotten a stack of about twenty books, she turns to me expectantly. "Okay, which one?" she asks.

"Uh... I'll just take the top two ones, I'm not really fussed," I reply nonchalantly.

Moona gasps loudly, squishing her cheeks together in shock. "How can you not be fussed?" She screeches at me. I wince, flattening my ears. "A book can take you on an adventure, it can teach you life lessons, or how to make cheese! The book you read is an individual just like you and me, and I doubt you'd wanna hurt it's feelings!"

"Well, how come there are many copies of books?" I say, raising an eyebrow.

Moona's right eye twitches. "BECAUSE THEN EVERYPONY CAN ENJOY THE SAME BOOK ALL ACROSS EQUESTRIA!"

I back away slowly as Moona giggles madly. "Uh... Moona, I think you might need to get out more..." I trail off, then quickly grab two books under each wing and speed off, leaving a me-shaped cloud of dust from where I once was.

"YOU'LL BE BACK!" She screams after me.

I canter as fast as I can out the exit, skidding down hallways until I crash into the doors to Loki's room, leaving a me shaped hole next to the former, newly repaired me shaped hole. I slide on my face and bump into the glass of the cell. I stand up, brush myself off and peer into the cell. But here's the thing;

For once, in the entire history of me coming in here, Loki is nowhere to be found.

I gasp. Oh, crap.

I open the cells doors and rush inside, screaming his name. I lift up the Norse mythology book. "Loki?" I drop the book in my hooves and groan, pulling my cheeks downward and distorting my face in the process. "Great!" I say to myself, pacing back and forth around the cell in circles. "How do you loose a Loki? Wait a second... I don't remember how I got home last night... maybe he ditched me at the castle and ran away?" I panic, dropping the two books under my wings on the ground with at *BANG*!
