Apparently, all twenty-plus people in the house were too lazy to cook so once again, everyone was getting into cars to go find a place to eat. I'm not sure how easy it was going to be to find a place that could or would, fit a group this large.
Everyone had separated into groups again, although most of them had changed who they were with, especially with the addition of BTS.
While we were still up in our room, Sana started to tell me about who we were staying with. She told me the group's name was BTS, and that them and Seventeen had been allies since Seventeen first started racing. She also told me all their names and a basic description of what they looked like, although I could only recognize a few. If I'm correct that is.
For the second car ride, I was with Sana and Jun. Leaving us with a much quieter ride. Not that the first ride was bad, just more energetic, at least when I was awake.
I notice a few people from Seventeen loading into a large van with a few of the BTS boys.
Sana was the one driving this time. For some reason, I had expected Jun to drive, probably because I watched him race that one night.
While in the car, Jun and Sana talked to each other, laughing at each other's jokes while I sat in the back, messaging with Jisoo.
Jisoo had finished her test and then started waiting at the campus café for Changkyun to show up so they could have coffee and study together. But apparently, he had got held up doing something and wasn't able to show.
Suddenly the car comes to a stop, "We're here!" Sana cheerfully says.
Stepping out of the car, I look to see what restaurant we're planning to eat at.
The Neo Pearl Bar.
My eyes widen at the neon sign displayed beside the door.
"Surely this isn't the same place." I think, looking around at the surrounding buildings. "It's much more renovated than it, surely it isn't the same place!"
Although I can't deny everything was painfully familiar. But it had been eight years. Surely this was just a restaurant that happened to have the same name. And the familiar buildings were likely just my imagination, trying to make the place feel like somewhere else.
"Everything all right Y/N?" Sana says, breaking me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah, I just thought I knew the place," I say softly, "But I was just remembering wrong." I smile at her, moving the thought to the back of my mind.
By some miracle, everyone is able to get inside and wait at the entrance of the restaurant.
Somehow I ended up near the front of the group. Looking back at the small crowd behind me, I was beyond thankful that I had been lucky enough to get ahead. I wasn't particularly claustrophobic, but being stuck between all those people would make anyone anxious.
The hostess looks at us skeptically before asking S.Coups, "How many are in your party?"
"Twenty-one."
The girl's eyes go wide, "Uhh, give me a moment," She quickly says before walking away.
"I told you guys we should have split into groups and gone to different restaurants," Someone behind me sighs.
