Ever since that night on the Astronomy tower Edith Wheeler would come back, every time she has a nightmare. It is like replaying those memories of that day eases her thoughts on the replaying nightmare. So when she sneaks up the tower in a jumper and leggings to find somebody already occupying it she is surprised. Three weeks has passed since the dance and Hogwarts life is back in full swing. Her and Sirius hadn't spent any alone time since the dance.
Edith goes and leans on the railing next to him. His hair is a mess from bed and his stormy eyes are distracted from the outline of the rising sun. Edith places a hand ontop of his and he turns and sees her smiling and turns his hand over like she did many nights ago to intertwine their fingers.
But instead of going back to face the horizon he pulls her over to him so they are both in close proximity. Edith looking into his stormy grey eyes and him staring into her ocean blue ones.
"I can't do this anymore." He says using his finger to keep her face in place.
"W-what?" Edith says nervous from his actions. He laughs she can feel his warm breath on her face causing her cheeks to heat up.
"Pretend we are just friends, your my mystery girl Edith. Your the last thing I think about before I go to sleep. Your the sun and the moon. I think about you all the time, do you ever think about me?" He asks a fond smile on his face as the sun illuminates half his face.
"All the time." Edith answers the breath leaving her mouth a smile of her face. Sirius lets his mouth be taken over by his famous smirk.
Before the two can comprehend what they are doing their lips collide. A long soft kiss Edith wraps her arms around his neck fidiling with the hair on the back of his head and he wraps his arms around her waist.
In the end they were both left gasping for breath.
"That was -" Edith starts.
"Bloody Brilliant" Sirius finishes a smile on his face.
"I like you Blue" He says a smile on his face her still in his arms.
"Me too Paddy, me too" Edith says a smile on her lips, that are slightly swollen from the passionate kiss.
"When did you realize you liked me?" Sirius says as they turn to face the Horizon.
"Before the dance probably after the night on the Astronomy tower." Edith says resting her head on his shoulder.
"So I could of taken you as my date." Sirius says arm wrapped around her shoulder.
"Yes, but you interrupted me before I could say yes" Edith replies. A laugh escapes Sirius chest. He leans his head onto of hers. The pair are embraced by a silence that is not at all awkward. Sirius closes his eyes in contentment and Edith smiles admiring the melting snow across the lands and the boy next to her. Who she has just admitted her feelings too.
"What does this make us?" Edith asks making Sirius' eyes flicker open and meet her blue ones.
"No labels, not yet. Your mine and I am yours. Without you, I would be nothing." He says softly intertwining her fingers.
"I like the sound of that" Edith replies squeezing his hand.
"I am sure you do" He replies with a smirk.

Edith enters the common room first. With Sirius 15 minutes later. They had decided against telling the boys yet and to just keep it to themselves for a while.
But they sneak glances at each other in lessons and intertwine there hands when they think no one is looking.
