As the months pass, Remus and Edith enjoying their life back at Hogwarts more and more. It was clear that Defense Against the Dark Arts had became some students favorite lessons. Only the Slytherin gang did not like it because at every mean comment they have to say Edith replies with a snarky come back.
"Have you seen his shabby robes. And the scars on her hands. They are like our old house elf!" Draco exclaims walking in the corridor back to the dungeon.
Harry hears this and is about to say something when Edith walks past him "That is another 20 points from Slytherin Malfoy, I actually got my scars from fighting Death Eaters, but surely your father told you that?" She asks before continuing on her way. Causing Draco to go a pale color.
"She is the best" Ron talks to Harry.
"Yeah, she is so cool." Harry replies with a smile.
"Did you two know she also plays quidditch, she is a Beater." Says Hermione from behind the boys.
"So awesome." Harry replies with a bright smile, the first time he has had proper family that he actually gets on with.
"So are you coming to Hogsmeade with us?" Asks Hermione "Since Edith signed your form?"
"Umm. No actually. I want to go do something with Edith if that is okay with you two?" Harry replies.
"Sure. No worries." Replies Hermione dragging Ron off with her to Hogsmeade.

Harry eventually finds Edith with Remus in an open air corridor over looking two cliffs with a canyon in the middle. Remus leaning on the side with Edith both chatting.
"Aunt Edith, Remus?" Harry calls walking over.
"Harry!" Edith smiles at the boy approaching them.
"Where are Ron and Hermione?" Remus asks also smiling.
"Hogsmeade." Harry replies shrugging.
"Then lets do something fun." Edith says smiling.
"Edith, do you really believe that to be the best idea?" Remus asks already catching on in what she wants to do.
But she is already running off.
"Where is she going?" Harry asks a confused look on his face.
"She wants to go to the quidditch field and fly around." Sighs Remus.
"That sounds good!" Harry says with a smile.
"Of course you would say that." Sighs Remus "You are James's son"

Harry flies down to Remus sitting next to him on the bench where he was watching them two from.
"Has she always been like that?" Harry asks a smile on his face.
"Who? Edith?" Asks Remus. Harry nods.
"From as far as I can remember, when I met her in first year she has always been like this. Carefree, slightly crazy." Remus sighs content in thinking about the past
"I was more like your mother Lily. She was kind and a singularly gifted witch. Your father, James, on the other hand had a certain talent to trouble. That is why he and Edith got on so well with him, they bonded through their love for all things dangerous. Allot like Ron's Brothers Fred and George but imagine ten times worse." He laughs slightly.
"When your mother and father passed. I believe she lost her way for a while, blamed herself. But now back at Hogwarts she is carefree again. Edith Wheeler was there for me in a time where no one else was. She is my best friend and I am forever grateful." He finishes.
"I wish I had met her sooner." Sighs Harry smiling up at his godmother who zoomed across the stands in circles doing all sorts of tricks.
"To be honest Harry, I wished you had as well. She would have loves raising you." Remus sighs happily.

Harry met up in the Great Hall with Ron and Hermione for Dinner. Harry was in a good mood from spending the day with Edith and Remus, which couldn't be spoiled.
Harry, Ron and Hermione followed the rest of the Gryffindors like usual to the Gryffindor common room only to find it jammed with students. And the fat lady gone.

"Edith! Remus!" McGonigal shouts rapping on the door of their eating room.
"Come in Minnie!" Edith shouts pouring herself some tea.
She marches in looking at the both of them. "Thank god you two are alright!"
"Of course, why wouldn't we be?" Asks Remus closing the book he was reading.
"I am afraid something has happened, Sirius Black has broken into Hogwarts and slashed the Fat Lady, I was worried that he came to find you." She sighs.
"Oh" Is all Edith manages before storming out of the room her eyes starting to dilate.
"Where is she going?" Asks Minnie.
"To shift," He sighs looking worriedly out the window as he sees her apperate down.
"Oh, poor girl." Minnie sighs.
"She is fine, lets search for him" Remus says leaving the comfort of his seating room.

Harry finds himself in his sleeping bag looking up at the enchanted starry night.
"I have searched the astronomy tower and the owlery Sir, but there is nothing" Flinch says limping inside.
"I have searched the dungeons sir, no sign of Black or anywhere else in the castle." Snape says his robes trailing behind him.
"Remarkable feat don't you think?" Snape asks obviously directing to something "Breaking past the dementors on his own completely undetected. Do think you know how he did it?"
"Many." replies Dumbledore "Each as likely as the next."
"You may remember at the start of term, I had worry of you employing professo-" Snape starts but Dumbledore cuts him off.
"No single professor inside this castle could help Sirius Black of entering it." Dumbledore replies with a wave of his hand. "I am convinced the castle is safe and I am more than willing to send the students back to their houses by morning."
"Professor" Says a voice that Harry knows well.
"Ah Professor Lupin, have you found anything?" Dumbledore asks.
"Hmm, no." Replies Remus staring out the window thoughtfully.
"Where is Edith, she was always best knack with wearabouts? I do remmember one time we couldn't find James he didn't turn up for dinner, so she left and returned with him in five minutes." Asks Dumbledore.
"Edith knew James well, and I am afraid she has found her own way to search for Sirius Black, sir." Replies Remus uncomfortably looking at snape.
"Oh, yes. So she is outside?" Asks Dumbledore.
"Yes, I believe she went to the forest." Replies Remus.
Harry is who is still listening in Freezes, not having particular fond memories with the forest himself, he wonders why his Godmother would even enter there knowing the creatures within?
