Chapter 17

We all went to the wheelers house. The others went into Nancy's room while me and Eddie went into the living room.
Y/n: They know what they are doing so let's stay here.
Eddie: Okay.
Eddie grabbed my hand and led me to the couch.
Eddie: While we have time we might as well make up for the lack of kisses for today.
Y/n: Oh what a great idea.
Eddie: Look at who the smart one is now.
Eddie smiled and leaned over to kiss me. Our lips met and it felt like time stopped and we weren't even in life threatening danger anymore. Eddie slid his tongue in my mouth and our tongues started dancing together. I slowly crawled on top of him and put my hands on his neck. He put his hands on my waist. I pulled away from the kiss and started to kiss down his neck.
Eddie: I love you princess.
I let me hot breath hit his neck as I replied to him.
Y/n: I love you to Edward.
I continued to kiss his neck as he started laughing. I stopped kissing his neck as moved back to his face. I started giggling as his laughter was contagious.
Y/n: What's so funny?
Eddie: Nothing, I'm just happy.
Y/n: Hey your copying what I said.
I giggled as he smiled at me.
Eddie: It's the truth.
Y/n: I believe it.
I started to lean in to kiss Eddie again. He kissed me and pulled away.
Eddie: Do you think they are done yet?
Y/n: Do you want to go see or do you want to stay here with me?
Eddie: I think you already know the answer to that question.
Eddie started kissing me again and we started having another make out session but it didn't last that long before the others came running down the stairs.
Nancy: Stop making out and let's go!
I pulled away from the kiss and looked up at them.
Y/n: Where are we going?
Steve: We are going to where Fred died.
Y/n: Oh okay.

We all went to where Fred died but didn't find a gate there.
Y/n: There is nothing here.
Nancy: There has to be!
Y/n: Where else would there be another gate?
Nancy: I don't know.
Y/n: I think I know what we have to do.
I gave them a worried look.
Eddie: I don't like that look.
Y/n: We have to go back to where Patrick died.
Steve: But it was guarded.
Y/n: Yeah but maybe if we are quick we will make it through.
Nancy: I guess it's worth a try.
Steve: Okay fine but if something happens we blame y/n.
Y/n: Yeah yeah, let's go!

We walked back to lovers lake and went back to the gate. There wasn't any bats there when we got there but I seen some started to fly towards us.
Y/n: Everyone go now!
Nancy and Robin rushed through, then Steve but Eddie would y go without me.
Y/n: Eddie go!
Eddie: No not without you!
Y/n: If you don't go we are both going to die!
Eddie gave me a suspicious look and then I pushed him into the gate.
Y/n: I love you Eddie!
Eddie: Wait, Y/n!
I watched Eddie go through the gate and then used my power to make it smaller so they couldn't get back through. I then ran back to skull rock to hide and think about what I was doing. I was now stuck here but I had an idea. I used my power to see where vecna was and seen him in the old abandoned house. I had more control of my power and was completely confident in what I was doing.

Eddie's pov:
Y/n pushed me into the gate and told me she loved me. I can't believe she would sacrifice herself for us.
Eddie: NOOOO!!
I seen the gate get smaller and y/n was still in there. I didn't know what to do and I was running out of air. I swam up to the surface and seen the others looking at me.
Nancy: Where is y/n?
Eddie: She didn't go through.
Steve: WHAT!?
Nancy: We have to go back down there!
Eddie: The gate got smaller there is no way we can fit in there.
Steve: There is no way the gate could of just closed.
Robin: Maybe she has a plan.
Eddie: We have to find another way in there.
Steve: We can try to go find Fred's gate again.
Eddie: Yes, let's go!

Y/n's pov:
I made my way to the abandoned house and went in. I carefully walked over all the vines and went into the attic to see vecna hanging there with the vines holding him up.
Y/n: Hello vecna.
He opened his eyes and the vines let go of him.
Vecna: How did you get in here?
Y/n: I walked.
Vecna: You can't kill me so don't even try.
Y/n: I'm not here to kill you.
Vecna: Your not?
Y/n: No, I'm here to work with you.
