7- A Day before the Attack

Izumi's POV:

Today is October 9th, just one day before disaster and the birth of a hero. I woke up and did the usual then looked up at the clouds when stepping outside. I created a clone to have her go to the academy then I teleported to the Forest of Death. I'm kind of considering to drop the feathers earlier, just to get it over with. 'That's not a bad idea, if you feel like it's not enough then you can always drop more tonight or tomorrow morning. It'll guarantee the safety of more people.' I nodded at Mew's thought, I should do that. And so I transformed into Cresselia and flew into the village.

Third Person's POV:

It was a normal day for everyone until a beautiful creature was flying by. A yellow trail was following them and she was shedding feathers. People were looking at her in awe and many people were picking up her feathers. They knew the effects of her feathers so many wanted them. Cresselia was smiling as she flew around the village then spotted Kushina looking up to her. She flew down before landing in front of her, looking at her belly. Kakashi was about to jump in before realizing the creature didn't mean any harm. Cresselia gave a close eyed smile before opening her eyes, showing a blue glow from her eyes. Using psychic, she formed a crown made from her feathers and placed it on Kushina's head.

"This is..." Kushina trailed off before looking at the smiling Cresselia. She nodded before looking at her belly again. Her eyes had a blue glow again and she made another flower crown except it was smaller. It was flowing in front of Kushina who was confused. Cresselia used psychic again to lift Kushina's arm and place the crown in her hand. "This is for me?" Cresselia nodded again while using her feathers to form a message. 'For your unborn child. May your child be born safely and healthy.' The red head smiled, "Thank you, Cresselia." I nodded before my stomach grumbled out of nowhere making me blush out of embarrassment. Kushina chuckled, "Do you want to come over to my house to eat? I'm buying some groceries right now." She hesitated for a moment before nodding, Cresselia followed Kushina to the market where we were greeted by many people. They were in the center of attention which made sense, Cresselia considered a saint while Kushina is the wife of the 4th hokage and is a jinchuriki.

Kushina bought lots of groceries although the moment she had a bag of them in hand, Cresselia would be using psychic to hold them for her. The two bonded and Cresselia left.

Izumi's POV:

I flew up a bit and teleported to the Forest of Death then transformed into my human form. Today I had a day off since today was a Tuesday which was a day off from work. Perfect timing. "Taimori, what do think of becoming a summoning animal?" I asked the squirrel who raised an eyebrow. "A summoning animal is an animal who fights with their summoner. I'm asking if you want to fight with me." Taimori nodded excitedly.

I've spent the whole day trying to get Taimori become my summoning animal and succeeded. He's isn't a strong fighter but he's best with sensory and long ranged combat. He'll be a reliable animal for sending messages and such. Now that I think about it, what's my summoning animal? Should I just try summoning a random animal?

I shook my head. Nah, in the show, Jiraiya had to throw Naruto into a ravine or off a cliff to get the boy to summon Gamabunta or was it Gamakichi? I don't know but I don't want to jump off a cliff just to summon an animal. I looked up to the sky to see it was turning dark. My clone had got back home and I received all my memories and grimaced at what my clone had to face. After I achieved the Byakugou seal, I've always kept my head in a book, not letting anyone see my face. But something happened that made my clone have to look up and boom, fanboys. I became the center of attention and boys wouldn't keep their eyes off of me. Whyyy?!
