60- 'Death'

Izumi's POV:

After contemplating for a few moments, I have 2 options. Get Tobi and B as exhausted as possible then get B into creating a clone so we can "capture" him and leave. Or I force myself into B's mindscape and try to tell Gyuki to do what I thought of as my first choice and have him transmit the idea to B. Whether this works or not is questionable because they could think it's a trap and will try playing around it which is quite likely. Which makes 2nd option moot. Now I could try playing along but I don't see B escaping this since he's dealing with Tobi instead of Team Taka since the difference between them both is that one of them has a brain and the other doesn't. There's not much choices.

Tobi and B started fighting and by that, I mean Tobi being a little troll again and is spamming Kamui. I took out a suppressant seal and slapped it on my body. I intend to make some openings for Tobi to exploit to tire out B because in terms of stamina, B beats Tobi. As for chakra... do I even have to say anything?

I stepped forward and teleported. The combatants didn't notice as they were still focused on each other. I had teleported above B, doing a downward swing with my rapier. It was just at that moment when B backflipped with his blades clashing against mine. Of course this wasn't going to be easy. I twisted midair as B tried to land a hit on me. He ended up having to leap out of the way when Tobi popped up in front of his face like it was no body's business. I just raised an eyebrow at Tobi's antics. He's still being a troll.

At this point, I was now the one really battling B because Tobi is kind of useless here since B is a fidget spinner with his eight blades. Unlike canon, he didn't throw any of his swords because being a fidget spinner is what kept Tobi away from him. He's mainly focused on me because he sees me as a bigger threat. Although I realized what Obito was trying to do. This asshole is trying to assess who's side I'm really on. It was quite simple, if I was on the Akatsuki's side, I'd try to knock out B with a genjutsu and if that doesn't work then I'd be trying to knock out B. If I wasn't I'd be trying to discreetly get  B away from his grubby fingers. If I get B away from him, that's essentially equivalent to saying I'm a traitor. If I capture B then Obito is no longer suspicious of me and I'll be handing Gyuki to him on a silver platter which is not an option. Once he finds out what I did, he will immediately try to kill me. Which he can try but he should just save himself from the guaranteed embarrassment since I'll just fake my death and proceed to screw up his plans again.

With that realization, it gave me another option. I started to put more effort into the fight and dragging out the fight. The more effort and strength I show, the higher chances of Obito believing my eventual fake death. Even if he interferes, I can use a water jutsu on a high scale to wash off my makeup or trick B into doing it for me. Underneath all my makeup is nothing but skin and bones. There's no doubt that he'll be surprised because I always showed a youthful appearance and I'm considered to be a top-class beauty (Gotta love the Uchiha genes). He'll definitely think it's a genjutsu because he knows of my skills in medical ninjutsu. If I can't heal or cure it, then I'd try to keep it from progressing while trying to find a solution. He's not wrong about that, it's just that my health is not among the top of my priorities list.

If I can't use a genjutsu then I'll make it reality. It's that simple. I've been acting for the past 10 years and haven't got killed yet so I'll take that as a win. I've got this! B suddenly went into Tailed Beast mode and started trying to slap me with his tails. I don't got this! I hastily jumped away from an incoming tail before having to jump away from another tail again. Huge tails were coming at me, not giving me any space at all. This is getting irritating. I took off the suppressant seal as I narrowed my eyes while activating my sharingan and body flickered. I deliberately released a bit of chakra before appearing right in front of B and swung my blade down on him. As expected he reacted by slapping me away with a tail which I quickly swung my rapier against it to move my body away from it. Where the hell is Tobi? Is he even going to help me? With a quick glance, I felt my one of my eyes twitching.  The man child was on top of the temple. Not observing the battle but lying on the roof relaxing. Are you serious?  I was still bashing about Tobi when Mew's voice resounded in my head.
