63: So... am I getting nerfed?

Izumi's POV:

I'll figure that out later. Right now, I need to kill Nagato since he didn't turn into a good guy. I need to get to him before Konan does, it'd be annoying if she manages to move him away. I quickly teleported out of my base and got to the cave in record speed after spamming teleport for a bit. As I walked in with my invisibility on, I realized that the rinnegan might be able to see through my invisibility. Even so, I still kept it active, I wanted to test it to see if it could fool the rinnegan. Every move has a weakness, it's just that pokemon moves are quite hard to figure out because there's only moves that solely counter a certain type of move and pokemon weaknesses and resistances that have been shown. It shows the pokemon's weaknesses but not the moves. There are ways to cancel them out as it was shown in the show but there's too many moves in pokemon and only a few ways to cancel them out have been shown.

I unsheathed my rapier as I walked in with my sharingan activated. I might as well let him know who killed him as a last show of respect for him as a villain. I walked up to the bony red head who looked up and stared straight at me in the eyes with his rinnegan. There was no malice in his eyes, it was more like it was filled with resignation and expectance. Seems like he deduced the real identity of Kagune Shirogane. "So... you're actually the real spy all along," he said hoarsely without breaking eye contact making me raise my vigilance. He's acting too calm. Something's off. I merely held eye contact and a stoic face as I had nightingales form words for me.

"May I ask what you really mean Leader?" I already knew what he meant but I was trying to buy time to probe around the area. I'm quite sure he set up a trap in the area. Mew wasn't saying anything so I assume they're asleep or they're just not giving me an input meaning I'm on my own. He narrowed his eyes and practically growled, "You know very well what I mean." I concentrated more deeply on my sensing and managed to find a steadily building concentration of chakra on top of the cave and around it.

Small bits of chakra are being piled on top of each other and are being meticulously covered with some suppressant seals. I wouldn't be able to sense it if I didn't concentrate more deeply and if I wasn't familiar with how it feels to have a suppressant seal on. As for whoever's above us, it's probably Konan. She's most definitely planning to collapse the cave to kill us. Definitely Nagato's plan because Konan would've simply scooped up Nagato and fled. He really didn't calculate the possibility of me having kamui now did he?

Seems like the rinnegan is really going to land in my hands.... Although I probably won't be able to use it at all. Even if I manage to get rid of my illness, it has plagued my body for a decade and the damages are most likely permanent until I figure something out or rather do something about it. Implanting the rinnegan into my eyes will probably kill me instead due to the power it holds. Sighs... I have a powerful weapon in my hands but can't even use it, what a pity. Seems like I can only stuff it in a bottle and throw it in my kamui dimension. Yes, I use it as a pocket dimension because why the hell not?

"-ut I was still fooled in the end," Nagato said hoarsely before having a coughing fit as blood was spluttered. What did he just say? I brushed it off, knowing how major villain monologues always go. They always explain how and why they got to a certain point. I body flickered in front of the man and stabbed him in the heart. Spluttering blood once more and as his eyes closed slowly, I heard explosions go off. The cave started to rumble and I could hear rocks of all sizes moving. I opened Nagato's eyes and delicately took out the rinnegans as my hair batted away any falling rubble. By the time I finished, the cave entrance had collapsed so I tossed Nagato's body in a storage scroll. I activated kamui, and let my hair fall back down. I walked forward as the falling rubble fell through me harmlessly. I was quite sure that Konan was watching the entrance of the cave so I decided to go through another exit. After a few long minutes of walking, I emerged from the mountain, on the other side of where Konan was. I took out a small glass bottle and carefully placed the rinnegans into the empty bottle before putting it in my kamui dimension.
