POV SWITCH
Axel's pov:
Throwing an arm across my face, I groan at the sound of footsteps approaching my bedroom door.
I swear if it's Dylan-...
"What's up best roomie ever!!!" Dylan shouts, before bursting through my door with a loud slam.
And that is why I have a dent in my wall.
"Why can't you just leave me alone?" I groan, turning my back towards him while shutting my eyes.
Why did I think I would ever get some peace and quiet when deciding to sign a lease with Dylan.
If I could go back in time, I would choose anyone else.
Anyone but Dylan.
"Aren't you just a ray of sunshine. " He snorts, before taking a seat at the corner of my bed.
He does this pretty much every day. Comes into my room, bothers me, and wants to know what I am doing when I've been in my room for longer than two hours at a time.
He's like the little brother I've never wanted.
"I'm trying to sleep."
"You know it's only 10 pm, right? The night hasn't even begun!" He says, patting my arm, to which I swat away.
But if I somehow were to break the lease, maybe I could...
"And now it has ended."
"C'mon, you are being such a party pooper-..." He whines, stomping his foot at the end of my bed like a five-year old.
"I went out with you last night, what more could you possibly want from me?" I argue, trying to push him off my bed with my foot.
Didn't work.
"How about another night out?"
"No."
"But-..."
"No."
"Axel."
"Dylan."
"You are no fun!" He whines again, crossing his arms over his chest.
Like I said, five-year-old.
Sometimes I can't even believe that this is the same guy who is able to take down guys double his size in the ring.
"I don't even know why you want me to go with you. You abandoned me in the first 15 minutes."
"Jealous?" He laughs, dodging the pillow that I attempt to throw at his face.
"Pissed, actually. You made me go with you for nothing."
"Oh really? So I didn't see you leave with a bunch of cute girls or...?" This time, he doesn't dodge the pillow in time, and it hits him smack in the face.
"Surprised you noticed me leave." I say, the corners of my lips lifting.
"Why? Don't think I can notice my dearest friend from a mile away?"
"No, I just thought you were a bit too busy sucking face with Jeremy's ex-girlfriend, which will come back and bite you in the ass, by the way." I try to hide my laugh as his eyes widen like saucers.
"Oh f*ck me, I knew she looked familiar." He groans, rubbing his temple.
Jeremy is the captain of the basketball team, and he and Bella, the girl Dylan happened to be making out with last night, have been off and on for about two years now.
