Ally's Pov:

Zoe actually took the news better than I thought.

Of course she was ecstatic over the news of Axel and I finally mustering up enough courage to kiss, to the point where I'm pretty sure our neighbors were getting worried about the constant screaming coming from our room.

She reacted about the same level as Claire on the whole daughter of a billionaire situation, wishing that I would have told her sooner. But she understood why I was hesitant on sharing something like that.

She agreed that keeping this from Sophia would also be our best bet, since we weren't certain if this was something she could keep from her boyfriend.

It did make me feel a bit bad, assuming that Sophia wouldn't be able to keep it a secret, but at the same time, I can't risk my life being exposed to the wrong people.

It's a safety precaution, and if she somehow finds out on her own, I hope she can understand that I did what I had to do for my safety as well as my family's.

The two of them also agreed that telling Axel before anything more happens between us would also be best, and I couldn't help but agree with them on that as well.

I have no doubt in my mind that Axel will keep my secret. He's the most genuinely loyal person I know, which is probably why I was attracted to him so easily.

I want there to be nothing but the truth between us. Considering that this might just be my first real relationship, I want everything to be smooth sailing.

It's Sunday, meaning that it was a catch up on as much homework as I can day. I was able to get a little bit of a nap in before Zoe arrived to get some energy for the day.

But after another tiring conversation, I can for sure use another one just about now.

It was a bit later in the day when Claire and I were sitting on our desks, both deeply carried away in our school work when we got a knock on our door.

It couldn't be Zoe, because she normally lets us know when she's coming so that she can just walk right in.

Claire and I both share a look as I stand up to let whoever is on the other side in.

"Oh, hey Sophia!" I say, seeing her standing on the other side. She still had her travel bag strapped around her shoulder, meaning that she must have just gotten back from her boyfriends.

She hadn't answered a single one of my texts all weekend, so it was a bit surprising to see her at our door.

I force myself to keep my mouth shut as I give her room to come in, not wanting to bombard her with questions about why she wasn't answering any of my texts all weekend.

There was still a bit of tension between Claire and Sophia from last week's confrontation. Over the past week, things have gotten much better between all of us again, but knowing that it had happened still lingers in the air.

"Hey! I was just stopping by to see how both your weekends went." She says, turning towards us.

"It went well! We went out with the guys last night for a bit, it was fun." I say, leaning back on the side of my bed.

"Oh, that sounds nice!" Sophia says, leaning back opposite of me on the side of Claire's bed.

Even though things have gotten better between the four of us, it was clear that Sophia was still a bit hesitant about the guys.

The only time she ever really talks to them is the times they join us at the dining hall, and even then, she keeps to herself when they are with us.
