As I got out of the shower I swiftly dried off and walked into the closet grabbing jet black jeans, and a half sleeve before taking one of my leather biker jackets and my pair of chelsea boots before heading back into the bathroom to style my hair how I liked.
Once I was satisfied, I walked out of the room and back downstairs towards the entryway where the boys had been waiting for me, all of them already dressed and ready to go.
"You look like a player Adrian," Hunter says and I shoot an icy glare at him as I walked over to the drawer which held the keys to my cars and took the R8 key since I'd be going to Brooklyn after this party and I didn't really want to have to come all the way back.
"Go fuck yourself Ambrose, I'm past that, and don't you dare mention it," I warn a lot calmer then I typically would but for today I wanted to not at all be bothered.
There was actually a good chance that I'd sit out on the balcony of Sebastian's penthouse and not talk to anyone at all. I just wanted a drink and to be left the fuck alone for one night that was it that was all, and if I could get that tonight life would be perfect for one single moment.
Stepping into the elevator I hit the button for the garage level and we all swiftly travelled down to the garage before the doors opened and we all walked out towards our vehicles, all the while I absentmindedly spun the key on my finger not really caring that at any second it could fly off my hand and fly across the garage.
I had been thinking about Sav more too. I was slowly beginning to not want to be with her, it was overly chaotic and the bullshit around it I actually half expected to get chewed out during this party though I knew damn well she would be there, and all I hoped was that she was wearing a dress that would make her be too cold to come outside where I would be.
Pulling open the door to my R8 I slipped inside and cold started the car partially scaring Riley who had left his door open.
"Turn off your exhaust," he calls across the garage, and I purposely rev it as I pulled my door shut, which resulted in him covering his ears, and wincing.
If you thought I'd listen to you Niles you are sadly mistaken.
Backing out of my spot I made sure I was lined up before waiting for the boys to clear so I could drive all of us out of the garage, and off towards Sebastian's penthouse.
New York was dark and glistening with lights, the building like statues stark against the night diamond covered sky. It reminded me of my Rolls Royce fleet which had the stars of the night I was born designed into the roof liner. People meandered along the sidewalks their summer coats keeping them just warm enough in the wind that seemed to find focal points along the streets and alleys of the city.
I was also more focused on the road then shifting though if I hadn't learned how to drive, I likely would have not known how to do this off the bat. The problem was that if I ever had an instructor, they likely would have given me shit for learning in a standard vehicle.
That was also why I loved using the paddle shifters on my vehicles and though it was fun to use I'd slowly got used to not using them so I got the fun of learning all of my vehicles little perks and unique features that made them all so fun to own.
Also, why I hid the true number of vehicles I owned.
Spotting the building with luxury vehicles out front I pulled into a spot and parked before slipping out of the car to look back at all of my friends doing the same.
Locking the car which beeped at me in response, I pocketed the key and walked towards the glass pane door of the penthouse complex.
Crossing the lobby, I then nodded to the elevator doorman as I entered the car, he stood next to with the boys before pressing the button for the top floor.
