************* It was Sunday and Siddharth didn't went to office from the time he has shifted here, reason were many. Today, finally Abhishek and Vaishnavi were coming to meet them at their home. Siddharth and Avneet were preparing many dishes for them. That's when the door bell rang. Siddharth who was wearing apran and helping Avneet in kitchen heard it and looked at the door.
"Look like they have arrived." Spoke Siddharth looking at Avneet who also nodded with a bright smile on her face, arranging the dishes. Siddharth paced out of the kitchen heading towards the door and opened it to see Abhishek and Vaishnavi standing there with a cake in their hand.
"Good noon! How are you both?" Siddharth greeted hugging his brother and then side hugging his favourite sister. Vaishnavi also didn't broke the hugg and noticed him wearing apren.
"Hmm, Abhi seems like our baby bro has become a great husband and cook." She teased smirking. Siddharth looked down to realize that he forgot to remove the apren. Vaishnavi looked at Abhishek with angry frown.
"Abhi, you should atleast learn something from your brother. He is helping his wife in kitchen and you don't even know what I might be doing in kitchen." Vaishnavi said teasing Abhishek who made an annoyed face. Siddharth was laughing silently all the time. Vaishnavi again opened her mouth to speak when Siddharth cutt her off.
"Bhabhi, I will listen your every complain but let's go inside first." Scoffed Siddharth.
"By the way, the home is beautiful." Abhishek complimented looking around. They all came inside and that's when Avneet came out of the kitchen welcoming them and hugging Vaishnavi and Abhishek.
"How are you di?" Asked Avneet with a bright smile. She was so happy by their visit because in no time, she has started considering them her own family.
"I'm fine but not okay." Replied Vaishnavi as her smile faded. Avneet became concerned.
"Why did? Is everything fine?" She asked looking at Abhishek.
"After you both left, that home had become a graveyard. No one talks to anyone. Jannat does not come out of the room, uncle has started a side business in which he is keeping himself engage but he is depressed after all that. About aunty, she has completely lost her mind. She isn't in good mental health. When you guys would be there, I used to talk to you guys whenever I used to feel bored, but now..." she explained ending with disappointed. Siddharth chuckled humorously.
"Who can be in good state of mind after destroying one's life?" Taunted Siddharth in a loud whisper that everyone heard.
"Anyways, you guys come and sit. I'll arrange some things and come." Avneet said but Vaishnavi held her hand and gave her the cake which they bought for them. Avneet smiled excusing herself. They all settled on couch in living hall when Avneet also came with a tray in her hand. The tray had cake in centre with 4 cups of tea. Avneet served everyone and atlast serving Siddharth, she sat beside him when Vaishnavi suddenly spoke.
