************* After 2 days it was night time. Everyone was in the rooms sleeping peacefully when Siddharth suddenly started sniffing in sleep. He felt a sharp pain in his abdomen. He sat on the bed opening his half eyes, trying to pick the glass from his side table with his shaking hands. He started pouring the water and kept the jug will it was but unfortunately his pain increased and he couldn't control his hands. The glass fell from his hand and broke into pieces making a loud noise. Avneet woke up with jerk hearing the noise. She looked around to see Siddharth curving himself in pain. He came closer to him and cupped his face.
"Love, what's happening to you? Tell me please." Asked Avneet not understanding his body language, worried.
"It's paining, do something." He spoke in a low voice groaning in pain. Avneet thought for a second.
"Did you took the medicines after dinner?" asked Avneet. Siddharth just shook his head.
"Hold on, I'm coming." Excused Avneet running out of the room towards the kitchen. She came with the hot bag and glass. She placed the bag on Siddharth's stomach, a little above stitches and poured the glass of water. She handed him the medicine and made him drink water by her own hands. She slowly placed his head on his pillow and caressed his hair gently.
"Feeling better now?" Asked Avneet as she noticed calmness on his face. He just nodded relaxing himself, opening his half eyes. She smiled going to her side of bed and dragged the branket above her. She was half laying and half sitting on bed stretching her legs caressing Siddharth's forehead as he had a mild fever. Siddharth slowly shifted his head from pillow and kept it on Avneet's lap.
"Siddharth....." she was about to continue but was cut of by her husband.
"Can we please sleep like this for today? Please!" Avneet just smile that his question and cuteness. She placed a kiss on his forehead.
"I'm always there for you. Good Night, love sleep well." Wished Avneet before switching on the lamp to which Siddharth hugged her one hand wishing back. They glanced at each other. Avneet was continuously caressing his forehead when he was asleep and unknowingly she also fell in chamber of sleep.
It was 9 in the morning when Abhishek knocked at the door. As both were sleeping none of them opened the door. He slightly pushed the door to find them sleeping. Siddharth's head on Avneet's lap while her one hand above his arm and peace flashing on their faces. Abhishek smiled looking at them. He just closed the door not wanting them to get disturbed.
" I am so happy for Siddharth. He never got a woman's love especially moms. He was only eight when our parents died. I have seen him craving for love. Although, I tried my level best but I could have never given him the love which Avneet has for him. It is more than mines. She even loves him more than me and that's what make me feel good that at least someone is there for him to give him time and love. My Siddharth is lucky as he got a girl like Avneet who can understand him as I do but can also full fill the empty space in his life. I wish they live happy throughout their life and may Siddharth get healed soon. He won't be able to tolerate such a big loss. He would be broken from inside. God give me courage to hold him and give him courage to get cured as soon as possible. Please!" Abhishek was talking to himself but at last tear fell from his eye. That's when Vaishnavi came there with the cup of tea in her hand.
