************* Abhishek and Vaishnavi were selecting some toys and clothes for their baby. After shopping, they left for home. Avneet who was in her room with Siddharth heard the horn. She looked at Siddharth.
"I guess bhai and bhabhi are here." She exclaimed smiling all of a sudden and stood up walking towards her balcony. She saw Abhishek holding some bags while Vaishnavi was walking inside the home.
"Siddharth, let's go." She declared in excitement and ran towards the stairs, descending it followed by Siddharth. As soon as Avneet came down, Vaishnavi smiled at her. Avneet stepped forward and hugged her swinging left and right.
"Damn girl, leave her. She will feel dizzy." Abhishek scoffed as he stepped inside and saw Avneet swinging her. Avneet broke the hugg mouthing a sorry. Vaishnavi chuckled and Abhishek placed the bags on the table. Siddharth stood behind Avneet quitely wiping the sweat formed on his forehead. As soon as Abhishek looked at his brother, his face held concern.
"So, di is it a girl or boy?" Asked Avneet getting excited. Vaishnavi glanced at Abhishek before answering with a smile.
"It's a baby boy." She replied back smiling widely from one ear to the other. Siddharth's smile faded. He somehow composed himself. Abhishek was noticing his brother only.
"Omg! Congratulations di!!" Yelled Avneet in excitement hugging Vaishnavi tight. Vaishnavi hugged her back.
"Congratulations bhai!" Avneet congratulated Abhishek as she broke the hug. Abhishek smiled mouthing a thank you. Avneet looked back to see Siddharth standing there, just seeing them. Vaishnavi's smile faded as she and Abhishek looked at him. This went awkward. Everyone was watching him only which made it a little awkward, weird for him.
"Umm, Congratulations dada, di!" He spoke finally forcing a smile. Vaishnavi smiled a little.
"Thank you, Ashu!" She mouthed a thank you. Avneet slowly turned to look at him.
"I-I have some work. You guys enjoy." He excused himself smiling at them while they knew his smile is fake. He ran upstairs disappearing from their sight. Abhishek looked at Avneet as soon as he disappeared.
"Did anything happen with him Avneet?" Asked Abhishek out of blue. Avneet looked up at him with blank expressions.
"He is just trying to accept everything bhai, just trying to but is not able to. He is worried about me only. He thinks he is punishing me also with him. I made him understand, hope he accepts it soon." Spoke Avneet exhaling a sharp, deep breath.
"Should I talk to him?" Asked Abhishek. Avneet just struggled her shoulders.
"You can try it but I won't work. I am terrified for him. The way he is behaving, I know it isn't him." Answered Avneet as her eyes again became watery. Vaishnavi held her through shoulders.
