Life beats down and crushes the soul and art reminds you that you have one.

Let it go, it doesn't concern you.
It was after midnight when Kendall was making the rounds at the theatre. He was making sure everyone had left. Kendall came across Mr. Anderson sitting in the back of the theater. Kendall always saw him wearing a suit. He always looks sharp. Press shirt shining shoes. Mr. Anderson always demand perfection in his agents. Mr. Anderson motion for him to sit. What bring you here Kendall quietly asked. Mr. Anderson was a patient man who chose his words carefully. He was also a man you wouldn't want to cross. Mr. Anderson quietly asked Kendall if he remembers the rules that he must live by. Those rules that were ingrain in you since the beginning are there to protect you. They might just save your life. Said Mr. Anderson. Kendall reply, yes, he knows them. Well Mr. Anderson said, rule #8 don't get involved. Kendall was quiet, he knew what Mr. Anderson was referring too. I know Kendall said, but I can't let him continue. He has already taken out three. How many more? Mr. Anderson quietly and menacing said every word "it doesn't concern you, Let it go'. Let it go Kendall.
Mr. Anderson gave a piece of paper to Kendall, meet with her. You know what to do. Then he left. Kendall sat in the empty theatre knowing that his very life depended on his next moves. He personally knew the girls that were involved. They were sweet innocent young women. Charming so full of life. Kendall enjoys dancing with them at Georges party. He knew that getting involved would risk his true mission and most of all compromise himself. Kendall has been gathering intel on high society for years. It took meticulous pain staking work. Working at meeting the high society. The ones that ran Hollywood and Los Angeles. Making them feel that Kendall was always their friend. One of them. Kendall has work at blending in. At being a confidante to the high society. These people though they would never admit it, ran Los Angeles and Hollywood with an iron fist. Nothing happens without their approval. Thier dismissal of someone could be just as dangerous. It took years to get where he was, and he must tread carefully. Leroy was one of them. A high society that was untouchable.
Kendall sat there and thought how he would handle this situation. If he did nothing more girls would suffer. What if he took Leroy out of the equation? Thought Kendall. If Leroy wasn't allowed to go to the parties. He wouldn't be hanging out with the sweet charming ladies that Kendall so adored. Kendall sat there devising a plan, he knew it must be meticulous done. No one must know it came from him. Secretly he would find out what happen to those girls. He must do it without Mr. Anderson knowledge. That will be difficult because Mr. Anderson knows everything. He met all the girls. He knew that Lulu, Milly, and Emily were missing. He had an idea what happen to them. They were so young. They fascinated him. Lulu had the most charming smile. Kendall remembers seeing her at one of George's Party. She left with that man who was driving a Ferrari. Milly was demur shy but was a lovely dancer. He always enjoys dancing with her. Emily was just starting out as an actress. She was quiet, shy but was a beautiful blond. When she play a part she was focus solely on it.
Delia was an actress trying to make it big everyone call her Dea. She was voluptuous but in all the right ways. She was and excellent model and knew how to carry herself around men. He knew that all these women were seen with Leroy and what Kendall fear most is that Leroy has his sight on Camilla. Camilla was a sweet thing enduring in every way. There was no way Leroy was going to get her. Kendall would not let him. Kendall thought of someone that he met that might be able to help him. So, he doesn't have to get involved. Kendall mentions a word to George, Leroy won't be coming to anymore parties.
Kendall knows people in all walks of life. It's his way of life to know people. People that in the future that can help him. The man he plans on meeting could help him with Leroy. His name is Fred, and he was good at reading human nature. Fred was wild and flamboyant. He wore on his wrist a chunky gold bracelet with his first name spelled out in brilliant diamonds. A gift from his lovely wife Vel. Vel was short for Velma.
Kendall met Fred and his wife Vel at his club downtown Los Angles. It was when he was waiting for someone to come and give him a lead. Fred's wife was an exotic singer and dancer. Vel was beautiful at sight. A real breath-taking women. So full of life and a huge smile and a hearty laugh. She was eye-catching in her own right, revealing much but concealing just enough.
Kendall got up and look around the empty theater. He'll go this Friday, at the club where he can find Fred and Vel. He'll asked Fred to help him. Leroy must be stop but not at the risk of Kendal losing everything he work so hard for. Kendall locks up the theatre and headed home. He'll go this weekend. It'll be pack but he knew Fred would be there.
