Kendall asks a very important question to Dani.
It was another sunny day and Kendall stop by Dani place to pick her up. This was the day that he was going to asked. He hated that he was pressure by Mr. Anderson. He like his life just the way it was. They were driving down the coast in his black Chevy Chevelle. His car was immaculate, sparkling clean just the way he like it. They were to meet up with her parents at one of Dani's favorite restaurants. Everyone goes to Mickies. It was very popular in town. Dani could imagine the food and all the very important people there. She must look her best. You never know when you might show up in the papers. She pulled down the visor to make sure her lipstick was still on. You never know who you'll run into thought Dani. Her mother told her to never leave the house without lipstick.
The restaurant was by the beach. It was full when they arrived. As they were waiting to be seated Dani look around. She saw a lot of the stars that where at the Celebrity Party. She smiles. Hopefully she would get her picture taken with them. thought Dani. Wouldn't that be a blast to show Marv. She would be so jealous. Dani having lunch with the stars. She couldn't wait to tell Marv. Dani smile to herself as the waiter led them to a table.
Later as Kendall and Dani sat across from her parents. When the waiter clears the last of the dishes. Kendall stood and took the champagne bottle that the waiter brought him. He started pouring a glass for her parents and Dani. Kendall said, I have to ask a very important question to Dani. He looks at Dani parents and reply, I wanted you two here to be witness of it. He put down the bottle and grab Dani hands. He slowly got down on one knee and ask Dani, will you marry me?
Marry me, Dani smile so wide and said yes, yes, yes.... Everyone around them paused in their conversation to watch them. When she said yes, they clap and cheer. Kendall put a rock on Dani finger and lightly kiss her cheek. Kendall pours her some more Champagne and pour himself a glass. He raised it to everyone. Thank you. Here to us. They all raise their glasses and chanted here here. Dani smile was huge as she looks at the ring on her finger. She couldn't wait to show it to Marv. Now who's the one getting married.
