Atid stands there in shock unable to process what just happened.

Atid: H...He kissed me. Aroon kissed me.

He touches his cheek and he could still feel the warm touch of his soft lips. A smile starts to appear on his face but soon it turns into a frown. He harshly wipes his cheek and starts shouting.

Atid: NO,NO,NO...I will not let anyone come near me. He...he cannot be near me. I need to get away from him.

He drops on his knees and starts pulling his hair in frustration. Suddenly someone holds his hands and hugs him tight.

"Atid"

Atid hears the person calling his name gently. He raises his head and tears start forming in his eyes.

Atid: Why is he doing this Aunty? I spoke rudely to him, I piled him with work, I said nasty things to him, I acted so cold and arrogant. Why does he still care for me? Why does he not hate me and go away from me?

Aunt Ja: Because he can see the real Atid inside you. Your eyes are the mirror of your soul my child and your soul is innocent like a child. He saw through your facade, that why he doesn't hate you.

Atid: But he can't be near me. He is innocent and I am the devil. It will only bring him pain if he stays close to me.

Aunt Ja: You are not a bad person Atid. You just put on that shield to protect yourself from hurt. He will not hurt you my child. May be he is the one who can join your broken heart.

Atid: No, I cannot trust anyone. I will not love anyone. Love only brings pain and I cannot endure more pain.

Aunt Ja: But

Atid does not listen to anything and just storms out of the room.

Aunt Ja: God, please help this child. He is in so much pain.

Aunty Ja sheds a few tears thinking about Atid's pain.

Meanwhile Aroon was having a difficult time explaining his actions to his bestfriend.

Niran: Why the hell did you kiss that devil?

Aroon: He is not a devil.

Niran: Oh, that's the only part of my  question you hurt?

Aroon: I mean, I...I just wanted to thank him.

Niran: By kissing him.

Aroon: I kiss you too when I do something for you.

Niran: I am your bestfriend and you never kissed me. It was always a flying kiss. But today, you kissed that devil.

Aroon: Don't call him devil.

Niran: Aroon, did you fall for him?

Aroon: Huh?

Niran: Are you in love with our boss?

Aroon: NO

Aroon's words come louder than usual.

Aroon: He is a nice guy. I am just thankful. I don't have any feelings for you.

Niran: Prove it.

Aroon: How?

Niran: Tomorrow is weekend. Let's go clubbing. You can find yourself a cute boyfriend and I can find a hot girl for myself.

Aroon: But

Niran: If you don't want to go, I will consider that you have fallen for that devil.

Aroon: Niran

Niran: Pick your choice.

Aroon reluctantly agrees to Niran's plans.

Meanwhile, Atid was in a bad state. He rushed out of the room unable to accept Aunty Ja's word. He didn't want to believe that someone can love him unconditionally. He has never felt anyone's love except his grandfather's. Everyone who approached him always saw his surname rather than the person he. Even though he wanted to believe that Aroon is different from others, his brain did not allow him to accept that.

"Young master"

Atid looks at Aunty Ja who is standing in his room with a tray in her hand.

Aunt Ja: I have brought your dinner.

Atid: I am not hungry.

Aunt Ja: But you didn't have anything since afternoon.

Atid does not say anything.

Aunt Ja: Young master, please don't hurt yourself for other's mistakes. I apologize for what I said earlier. It's your discretion to accept any person in your life. I will not say anything about that again.

Aunty Ja keeps the tray on the bedside table and starts to exit the room.

Atid: Thank you.

Aunt Ja: Huh?

Aroon: Thank you for taking care of me all these years. Thank you for thinking about my happiness. Thank you for everything.

Aunty Ja gently runs her hand over his head and places a kiss on his forehead.

Aunt Ja: I will always be there for you son. Just be happy.

A small smile appears on his face as he feels the love in those soft touches.

Aunt Ja: Eat your dinner and take some rest.

Atid: Hmm

Atid eats his dinner and then goes to bed but sleep eludes him.

That night two people were finding it difficult to sleep, one restless thinking about the kind hearted angel who came into his life abruptly while the other one's mind was in chaos thinking about his friend's plan for the weekend that was going to cause havoc in his life.
