The moon hung high, beaming its yellow rays onto Newport Pagnell, lighting up the cobbled streets as it did so. Odd specks of dim light could be seen peeping through curtain-guarded windows that wrapped around the houses of the residents. As the air hung cold and misty, the warmth from the homes radiated all around the town, sheeting it in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere; one that (nearly) always hung over. Some were asleep, some were awake. After all, it was a Saturday and, well lets just say, the Yates children never pass up a night on the town...

Noise. Lots of noise. Just like all clubs, there was far too much noise. However, the youth of today seemed to feed from this excess of music like blood-thirsty vampires. The Yates siblings were extremely accurate puppets of this seemingly incorrect stereotype of the youth of today. Each of the three loved being out in a social setting and, what made it even better, was that they were out together. However, Niamh did find it a little odd that she was now partying and consuming alcohol like never before with the children she used to play Doctors and Nurses with when they were seven and two years of age.

Hattie stood in the middle of the dancefloor, snaking her arms around a tall brunette female who moved her body rhythmically with the girl opposite. Their faces brushed against each other as they (quite drunkenly) danced to the vibrations that were soaring through their body.

Theo, nearly parallel to his twin sister, had his toned arms rested on a blonde's waist, with his tongue interlocking with hers. Their bodies swayed slightly to the pounding music, yet were distracted by the electricity within them in that given moment.

Niamh, however, was on the older end of the club and was sat at the bar, twirling her straw around her drink aimlessly. She let out a large sigh which went undetected by anybody simply due to the amount of noise that circulated the club. Niamh swivelled on her chair to see her siblings lost in a sea of people, both necking on with people they didn't know. She rolled her eyes and made her way toward the exit door, with a feeling of annoyance within her. All she wanted was a good night with her siblings. Yet, maybe, she needed to find people her own age to do things with.

Of course, she had Maddie and Ami.

All until yesterday...
