“Yeonjun and Kai, go to District 2 and know what happened to that accident. Someone died and make sure to know what the exact reason was. I’ll be having a leader meeting at the head’s office.”
“Yes sir!”
“Okay, take care,” he replied and head out.
“Yeonjun sunbae, do you want us to come?” Lee asked.
“Do you want? Let’s go,” I replied and the four of us head out of the quarters.
“Make sure not to miss out any details, okay?” I instructed and they started doing their own thing.
I removed my latex gloves and throw it away. “This people don’t listen when it said not to drive when drunk,” I whine and sigh.
“Hyung, coffee?” Hyuka offered a canned coffee and I gladly received it.
“How are you, Huening?” I asked him and drink the coffee.
“I’m fine, hyung. Ah, right! About the apartment you’re going to move in. I confirmed it and it’s available. Are you going to get it?” he replied.
“Huening, I have the buyer already and he’s moving in today because he really needs too but he seems suspicious,” I stated instead.
“Why, hyung? Did he do something wrong? Who is he so I can track his personal data to Park hyung,” he suggested.
“Should I? He’s name is Choi Soobin. He’s taller than you and not that bulky either. He looks weak to be exact, he looks like someone working at the office but he said he’s a freelancer,” I stated.
“Boss Choi! We’re done in here,” Park butts in while waving his notes.
“Okay! You can go back at the quarters first,” I replied and they both salute at me before leaving.
“Hyung, maybe because being a detective is making you suspects everything. He’s still a stranger to you, so give him more time,” Huening advised.
“Yeah, maybe I’ve been worked up recently,” I agreed.
He nods, “Yep! Chill out, everything’s under control,” he said positively.
“Thanks Kai!” I chuckles and tap his back. “How about the other one? Spades?” I asked.
“Oh, the last river victim? Was actually from District 9. When the team two went to his relatives, they said he went here in District 1 to purchase a unit because he found a good seller through his friend. They thought he already arrived in here but sadly, that’s what happened,” he storied.
I nod. “I can’t find any reason for him to kill that guy then. Like, the guy just wants to live in peace. He’s really a devil,” I commented.
“If there’s a term more than devil, that’s him. Heinous,” he added.
I sighed. “Let’s go back to the quarters. I still have some incident reports to do,” I replied.
I spend my time in the office to do some reports, follow ups and I even went to the prosecutor’s office for my old case that the family relatives wants to re-investigate. So the prosecution is going to deicide about it depending on the grounds.
“Thanks Jun,” Prosecutor Kim thanked me.
“I have so much on my plate right now. So, I hope you won’t reopen it. Reopening cases are the worst sometimes,” I stated.
He laughs. “I totally understand you, Jun but we’re getting paid for this AHAHAHA! See you around then,” he said. “Ah by the way Yeonjun,” he called me.
