A/N: See you next week!
Who Is He?
“Oh, Detective Choi?”
“You are San, right?” I asked because I saw him leaving the alley where Soobin’s studio located is.
Yes, I’m here at District 6 because Soobin’s currently working.
“Can I talk to you?” I asked.
“Oh sure,” he replied.
We went to an open space area, seems like an old park or it’s just that no one’s really kids playing in here. San pulled a stick of cigarette and lit it. I only just noticed right below his collarbone there's a point of triangle shape tattoo, I don't really know if triangle because he has his shirt on.
“As far I know I didn’t commit any crime— I meant, I’m not involved in any recent killings or what,” he started.
“No, that’s not why I’m here,” I replied.
He nods and let out a smoke from his mouth. “Then why?”
“About Soobin—“
“We’re just friends. Well, we almost fucked before but no. We’re just friends,” he cut me off.
“That’s not what I want to know and I don’t care about that,” I said.
“Oh, my fault then. So, why?”
“When did you two met? Like for how long now?” I asked.
“Ah, I met Soobin the first time he got transferred here,” he started.
“Transferred?”
“Yeah but— okay, did he mentioned to you about Spades Organization? Of course he won’t open it up to a cop—“
“He did.”
“H-he what? He did?” he then laughs and smoke again. “That punk, is he getting himself into trouble or what? But well, all I know is Soob was from District 10 then he went here for I don’t know reason. Then we both entered the organization,” he explained.
“What exactly were you doing that time? What job you are doing?”
“You’re not going to tip off me, right? This isn’t a sting, right?”
“No. Spade Organization doesn’t physically exist anymore just like before that it’s the drug ring of the city,” I assured. “And I’m not here for that.”
“Right, so we’re the ones who are selling drugs to other students inside the university. That’s all we do,” he answered.
“He didn’t tell you why he’s here?”
“Nah. Soobin doesn’t open up personal things. He doesn’t like dramas,” he replied.
“Was he kind? Or a cocky?”
He suddenly broke out and smokes keep on coming out from his mouth as he laughs. “Soobin? Choi Soobin? Choi Soobin is a devil, detective. He isn’t someone you wanted to fight head on,” he replied in serious note.
“How devil is he?”
“He was labeled as Satan's son. Sometimes I’m thinking if he’s still a human because he’s a complete monster to me. He may look like skinny but he could kill. When the organization was still active, he’s one of the top thugs but in a cover up,” he continued.
“Cover up?”
“Yeah. He don’t do fist fights, it’s just his brains. He doesn’t really want to get exhausted as well. He just wants some fun and games,” he replied and looked at me. “He’s a psychopath.”
