A/N: I hope I can update daily this week. Kinda busy. Enjoy reading! Btw, thank you to those who shared their thoughts! Whatta... Mixed emotions I felt in there... Yeah.
Killer's Side“Ahjussi, hello! Can you recognize me?”
The man who just got on his house after working heard an unfamiliar voice inside his house. He slowly turns around and sees a man’s figure sitting on a chair.
“E-excuse me? How d-did you enter my house?” he wondered.
Spades laugh and stood up. “It doesn’t matter,” he said as he keeps on moving towards him closer.
“W-who are you!? Who are you!? A-are you the s-serial killer— Spades!?” he panicked and cornered himself on the wall.
“Year 2010 at Hearts’ Orphanage, there’s a kid who wants to teach someone a lesson and you interfered, right? Why? Why did you do that? He’s just doing what it should be,” Spades stated.
“2-2010? The orphanage— that kid!? It was you?” he recalled.
“It doesn’t matter ahjussi. I’m asking you, why did you stop him?” Spades asked again.
“W-why shouldn’t I!? He’s trying to kill the kid! Is that how he teaches a lesson? Making the kid kills herself!?” the man shouted.
Spades lose his temper and immediately blown the man with a punch. He held his head and banged it on the wall as well that made him fall on the floor.
“Ahjussi, does teaching always require an appropriate process? No. It doesn’t. As long as someone’s going to learn, it’s fine. And that kid didn’t learn her lesson because of you did. You fucking asshole.”
He was the 9th victim.
Spades went out of the casually after whacking the man’s body and chopping his limbs of. But he stopped when he noticed a middle aged woman, closing her food cart and they even made an eye contact.
The woman moves faster and decided to walk inside her house when Spades grabs her arm. The woman panicked, went pale, and even stopped breathing when she meets the killer’s cold and dangerous eyes.
“Ahjumma,” Spades call on in a calm voice. “See you around.”
Spades left and called someone while walking. “Club,” he called.
(Why, Spades?)
“Someone saw me, take care of it.”
(Copy.)
The next morning, someone named Club appeared inside a car that is parked near the intersection. He can see the cops and the other citizens looking at the crime scene.
Club looked at where the woman is staying and he saw her peaking on the window. He was just observing when he saw the two officers looking at the house as well.
“This guy’s unbelievably smart,” Club muttered, expecting Detective Choi Yeonjun already figured it out. “Now I really need to shut her up.”
Night came, Club did his job in making the witness shut her mouth. He entered the woman’s house, make her sleep with a clean hit and then bring her in rooftop of an apartment complex.
“P-please, don’t kill me. Please, save me. I’m not gonna say anything about you. I didn’t saw you that night, okay? P-please,” she pleaded as soon as she woke up and knelt.
Club didn’t say anything and pulled the woman’s cellphone. He dialed Detective Choi’s phone number and put the speaker on. “Tell him to come here,” he instructed.
