Part 2:

Chapter 38 –

December 1st, 1977

Lia sat on the benches surrounding the quidditch pitch, pulling the robes she had decided to wear tighter around her. If Sirius didn't appreciate what she had done for him, she would do nothing short of castrating him, freezing with the lack of clothes she was wearing.

She watched as her boys played their final quidditch game against Ravenclaw, the two teams battling for the chance to win the quidditch cup. The score was already 110-90 in Gryffindor's favour and Lia couldn't be more excited for Sirius, James and her friends.

Fabian and Gideon had been an outstanding help to the team, securing them win after win throughout the season and she knew that Sirius thought that this was their one chance at winning their final cup.

He had also turned himself around a little, promising again that he would win her the house cup this year. The Marauder's pranks had lessoned in number, due to her and Lily, only happening once a month, if that. Her boys had also started to study more and gain better grades than they ever had before. She knew Sirius was doing it because he had decided on becoming an auror along with Alice and Frank.

It had worried her at first, but she knew that if anyone could do the job, then it was Sirius.

"Bloody hell!" Alice shouted in her ear beside her, "did you see that save Sirius just made?"

Lia shook her head, deciding to turn her attention back to the game to watch her boy's final game ever of quidditch.

She watched as Fabian sent the quaffle towards Gideon, the two passing it back and forth down the pitch and dodging any Ravenclaw's that came their way before Gideon faked out the goaltender, instead passing it to Fabian who swiftly shot it through the hoops.

The crowd erupted in cheers and Lia blew out a whistle as she realized how right her brother was.

"Remind me again why they only just joined this year?" Lia asked aloud, her head shaking as the twins continued their path of triumph.

Marlene laughed as she placed her hands on Lia's shoulders from behind, "They're good right?"

Lia saw Frank nod his head, the boys arm wrapped around Alice, "blimey, they're brilliant at the game!"

A smile tugged at her lips at his choice of words, and she noticed the Ravenclaw team finally grab a hold of the quaffle, shotting it towards Sirius who was a second too late to stop it.

"Don't worry love," she cupped her mouth as she shouted, "they'll be throwing a wobbly when we're using the quidditch cup as a toy in the bedroom tonight!"

Laughter erupted around her, Lily being the only one to gasp her name in shock, but it was McGonagall who criticized the girl for her words.

"Ms. Potter," she yelled out from far down the left of Lia, "I must remind you that we are at a game and not a party for you to shout such crude things out."

Lia sent her a guilty smile, "Sorry Professor M, I'll watch my mouth!"

Professor McGonagall nodded at her in gratitude before directing her attention back to the field. Had it been any other professor, Lia would have told them to sod off, but Professor McGonagall would always have a special place in her heart.

Plus, she wanted to finally win a house cup, so she needed to stay on her good side.

Her attention was turned back to the game, and she saw Sirius blow her a kiss after he saved a goal, his other hand tossing the quaffle to Fabian. Jokingly catching it, she placed it over her heart and ignored the fake gag that Remus let out.
