Chloe was riding a motorcycle towards the city. She stole it from a parking lot and wasn't proud of it. She took a riverside road to avoid police check-points. She was still carrying her Russian passport under a fabricated name, it may bring questions, especially at the present tension between the two countries.

She could see the cooling towers of the power plant from a distance, meaning she was approaching city limit. The terrain, the climate, the smell all coming back to her, she couldn't believe she was actually home.

A whisper hissed pass her ear, she knew well enough it was a high velocity bullet. She dodged and steered the motorcycle off the road, it hit the side and bounced, throwing her out of the seat. She quickly let go of the bike, spun a cartwheel in mid-air, touched a foot on the ground, and rolled to break her fall.

Just when she found her footing, bullets swept over her head, shredding a spray of splinters and leaves over her, forcing her down again and dodged into the woods.

"Did you get him?" she heard a man asked in Russian.

"He went behind the trees." another one spoke.

Chloe left UAE in a hurry she only brought her batons, but swinging them out may give away her position, so she picked up a rock.

As both gunmen slowly move into the bushes, Chloe threw the rock over the far trees, it struck and drew their backs to her. She quickly jumped out, wrapped her arm around one man, using him as an anchor to swing herself up, kicking the second man in the face.

The rifle was useless when fighting in close proximity, so the first man reached for his sidearm, but Chloe continued her swing from his back, bringing her leg under his arm and up front, kicking him right on the nose.

Dropping both, she quickly picked up the rifle and threw to her back, disabled another and scattered the parts to the woods, then she began searching the men for a radio.

"Hi." a girl whispered behind her back.

Before Chloe could turn and look, a gloved hand came over her face, another wrapped around her neck, pulling her to her feet. Chloe sent back a kick but stuck air, as if her attacker didn't have a body.

Her attacker was hanging upside down from a tree, locking Chloe's head firmly in her arms. She released her legs from the branch, kicked out to a spin, attempt to break Chloe's neck in the rotation.

Chloe knew this move, if she fought it, it would snap her neck. She went with the spin, dropping her knees and leaned back, slamming her attacker to the ground.

Rolling back to a half-kneeling position, Chloe quickly reached back for her rifle, but it was gone.

Across from her was an Asian woman, she was in her late-twenties, grinning with the rifle in her hand. With a single hand she disassembled the rifle, so fast as if the rifle just fallen apart.

Before Chloe could figure out if she was facing friend or foe, the young woman pulled out a pair of daggers from her boots, cutting towards her in lightning fast movements, so fast Chloe had to back away.

She swung out her own batons, blocking blades right and left, but her attacker was too fast, sending daggers and kicks from all directions, forcing Chloe to a full defense position.

Taking a series of beating, Chloe knew she was been played, the woman could have cut her by now, she was just teasing her like a cat to a mouse. She backed to a distance, reset her footing and sent out a powerful kick, striking the woman in the abdomen, sending her feet away.

Chloe repositioned herself, crossing the batons before her face, kicked off with her own series of attacks.

Instead of retreating, the woman simply stood, blocking every strike with her daggers like it was an easy sport, still grinning with her teeth.

Furious, Chloe launched forward, crossing her arms and cutting the woman's head like a pair of scissors, only leaving her abdomen exposed. The woman dodge to a half-kneeling position, sending out both her fists at once, together they formed a powerful blow, knocking the air out of Chloe and sent her to the ground, her batons went flying into the dark woods.

The Asian woman leaped, landed her knees to Chloe's abdomen, crushing her in the guts. She raised her arm high and stabbing the blade to Chloe's face. Bearing the agony, Chloe crossed arms to block, stopping the blade inches from her left eye.

They began a fight of strength, with one pressing down and the other fighting back, and the dagger closing into Chloe's eye by the second.

The woman pressed her chest over her fists, weighing down all on the dagger, but at that second Chloe turned her face, the dagger struck her glass eye with a clink.

Caught her opponent by surprise, Chloe folded her waist, wrapped her legs round the woman's neck, forcing her away from her.

Fighting free again, Chloe resumed her combat position, tighten her back hand to a fist, front hand ready for a grab. In front of her, the Asian woman brushed her hair back, still grinning.

"It is you. Isn't it?" she laughed.

"Who are you?" Chloe asked, confused by the question.

But before she got an answer, she heard guns cocking behind her, the two guards she brought down were now back on their feet, pointing at her with their side arms.

"How do you want her, Kay?" Chloe heard one asked.

"Secure her and send her to Komarov, he'll like to see this. I'll catch up soon as I'm done here." the Asian woman replied in fluent Russian, still grinning at her.
