Chloe felt surreal looking at the familiar neighborhood. She hasn't been here since her family's funeral, so much has changed, yet everything stays the same.

The Hyland Residence was exactly the way she remembered, a big house with a white front porch, and a crafted dry flower wreath hanging at the door.

"You better stay back." Morris knocked on the door.

Moments later it swung open, with Kelly Hyland raising the assault rifle to his face. Morris wasn't alarmed, simply turning to the group with an I-told-you-so smirk on his face.

"Morris!" Brooke laughed lowering her gun.

The big sister came out from the side of the house, an ambush position for intruders who would focus on the front door.

"I see that you haven't forgotten your tactics!" Morris amused.

Brooke holstered her gun and came for a hug, this time Morris raised a hand to stop her in a distance, because an AR-15 fires 5.62 NATO ammunition at the rate of six rounds per second, and he didn't want Kelly Hyland to demonstrate it on him.

"Chloe! You're safe!" Brooke went to hug Chloe instead.

Hearing the name, everyone hurried to the front door, almost ran over Kelly in the process. Chloe was overwhelmed seeing everyone in the same place, it was her dream to bring her two worlds together. She only wished it was in different circumstances.

"Oh My Peanut! I thought I lost you!" Jill cried seeing they brought back her little Kendall.

"I'm okay, Mom." Kendall padding her mother like a grown-up. "I went to get toilet rolls, remember?"

"Oh? Did you get the Cottonelle?" at crisis, Jill asked.

"Sorry Mom, I could only find Snow Wipe, and I lost them in the car." the mother and daughter frowned, like their nation wasn't on the brink of war.

"Chloe! Oh God!" Kelly finally broke through the crowd and took Chloe in her arms. The mothers were best friends, and Kelly always sees Chloe like her own daughter.

Chloe buried her face in Kelly's bosom, she almost forgot that sweet feeling of a mother's hug, so much she found herself sniffing Kelly's clothes, as if trying to find the scent of her own mother.

"What is SHE doing here?" a cold voice asked, everyone turned and found JoJo glaring at Sam.

"Everyone, this is..."

"The Witch! We've met!" JoJo cut Morris off, her fists charging at her hips.

"And nice to see you girls too!" Sam greeted in her swagger manner. "I see your little Spez shenanigans went well."

JoJo blinked, unexpected that the secret was out, but she maintained her pride.

"At least we're trying to stop a war!"

"We all are."

Sam made her way into the living room like it was her own, sitting heavily on a sofa and put her feet on the coffee table, enjoying the hostility in the air.

"No you don't! You're all a bunch of trigger-happy Americans!" Masha crossed her arms.

"That's the Department of Defense, She-Hulk. We just over throw governments." Sam picked up a cookie and chewed. "And eliminate threats."

"Like you haven't been doing across the globe?" Tilly narrowed her eyes.

"We can discuss warfare ethics all day, but right now we have a lunatic taking over a nuclear power plant." Sam took out a flash drive from her breast pocket. "Now, who has a computer that works?"
