Chapter 62

Hazel's pov

I groaned in my sleep feeling of a finger moving on my face, it was distracting me from my beauty sleep and now trailing down my nose then to my lips in very sensual way. I murmured something in my sleep hoping it would stop but it didn't. Sighing i half open my eyes blinking rapid to clear my vision but dread filed in my throat as suddenly his face appeared before me with a smirk tucked on his lips.

I blinked away the sleepiness and sat on bed like bucket of cold water poured over my head to toe. His intense coal orbs began to travel all over me while his lower lips was tucked between his teeth. I gulped the sudden lump in my throat following his eye path and it stopped right on my upper chest.

My whole body heated when i dropped my eyes on my self. The camisole was already showing much, which it shouldn't. I cleared my throat out of nervous and quickly pulled the sheet upto my chest. My cheeks were already burning in red. I swallowing hard feeling to exposed. Watching my fear mixed confused eyes, he traced his finger along the line of my neck, spreading a tingling sensation over my cold skin.

"Say you are mine"he whispered leaning closer to me.
the distance between our lips were slowly painfully decreasing and now his hot mint breath was hitting on my nose. I audibly gulped as his lips were merely 1mm distance apart from mine and no sooner it was about touch mine but suddenly a loud noise was ringing beside me resulting me to groaned and snapped open my eyes. I jolted on my bed heavily sweating. There no trace of him as i slowly blinked my eyes. Only the white ceiling above me greeted. I palmed my face. It was nasty dream,
I don't understand what is he doing inside my head. He already has a huge space in my head and i think that space was manipulating me. I sighed and turned off the alarm still ringing beside.

"Honey wake up and get ready fast, Kathy has sent Alex to pick us" mom said from the out and then all things came in my head at once.

Ttoday is the day I'm going to that devils den again, that thought alone made a shiver to passed down my spine.

God please have mercy on this petit soul. Please protect me from that devil. I prayed and drew a cross to seal the prayer wondering is this will save me from him but wait i think God listen to my prayer last night, that's why driver came instead of that arrogant Devil. A little hope lightened in my head and i quickly dragged my body to the washroom to freshened up as i heard Mom again yelping from the down.

A quick shower, was all i could afford, i couldn't get more time hence Mom was getting late because of me. so hurriedly i wore a turtle neck blouse as i can't waste more time to cover those marks on my neck with make up. Then threw a skinny Jean over my legs.  Combing my hair i looked around to see my packed bag was already gone. It was a small luggage with my few office clothes and other necessities. Mom might already have brought it down. I thought quickly picking up my phone and purse then went out to saw Mom fully dressed in a magenta colour slack and a white high neck blouse. She looked elegant like always which made a smile on my face. Hearing my foot steps mom turned around and she was in the process of wearing her earrings. Climbing down i went down and mom shot me a smirk.

"Oh god my girl looking so sexy" she said with a wink.

"Mom don't lie this is simple t-shirt and a Jean"
"And flattering me wouldn't save you from leaving me "i said smirking back. Mom laughed at my remark and pat on my back. I hugged her tight releasing a long breath.

" I will miss you so bad" she said pulling me more to her chest and kissed my forehead while i was hugging her even more tight like a kola.

"I will miss you too" i fumbled blinking my tears away. After a while, we prated breaking the hug and went out. Mom locked the door as i helped Alex to put our luggage into the car. Then we settled and Alex started the engine.
