Chapter 61

Hazel's pov

I stayed the almost whole day with Tash and uncle. She needed that so bad. She was too confused yet afraid so it was my duty to be there for her. We moved uncle to a normal VIP room as he reigned his conscious. He was still too weak but much better than the morning.  It was passed seven in evening when i stepped out of the hospital After bidding my good bye to my bestie. So badly i wanted to stay with her through the night but only one person can stay with the patient. So i decided to go home and take a hot shower to relax all my stiffened muscles. I was hell tired, so right away i call for a cab and waited until it appeared.

While i was waiting, my thoughts ran back to morning. I didn't see Bryan after that, he didn't came back again. he must be really disappointed because i wasn't there when Tash needed me, but i don't know why he reacted that way. Why he was too worked up? Is it because he couldn't reach me or something else?? And the way he asked me if i was with Hyden still give me some bad chills. He was really really angry while asking that. I was spacing here and there on pavement while waiting for my cab to arrive, still in my thoughts. Though we are best friends, It was actually not his business right? he don't have get that much angry asking me where i was? What's wrong with him today? I never poke my nose in his relationships he had tons of girls one after another and i never meddle in his things.

Talking about which, suddenly a car came to stopped in front of me. As soon as seeing, i knew who was it but i wasn't in the mood to deal with him right now. I was exhausted, all i wanted is to go and jump to my soft bed to sleep the night away. Another argument was not appealing as i had enough for the day.

"Get in, i will drop you home "Bryan said after pulling the shutter down but i was still angry of the way he treated me back then. So i stood at my ground not moving inch. He sighed rubbing his temple as his face seemed filled with regrets now.

" No need, my cab is almost here" i muttered facing away from him.

"Haze listen, I'm sorry. Can we talked this out??" He said still from inside and that was enough for tears to gathered in my eyes again. Dose he have to acted that mad on me. I was already too broken when i stepped into the room in the morning, and he broke me completely by being so rude to me. I bite on my quivering lips and started a walking away from his car. All i wanted is to go away from him but soon i was yanked back with a firm grip on my wrist and the tug made me to turn and watched Bryan in the eye.

"I'm not in a mood for another fight Bryan, just leave me, I'm tired." I said avoiding his face trying to keep my emotions at bay.

He took a hold of my both wrist watching me with worried face. "Hey hey,, I'm sorry" he whispered rubbing circles on my wrist which were now in his grasp. Tears i was holding unleashed at once as now they were freely rolling down my cheeks. He sighed not before wiping them from my cheeks as i continued to watch my feet in sad.

"I know i acted like a Ass "he said in a worried mixed uncertain voice admitting his fault.

" Yeah and i Don't deserve it" I taunted in a mocking way, i actually don't deserve it. He acted as if i did some grave mistake. I admit i was late to be there, but still it's not a solid reason for him to be that harsh on me.

"Right yeah, 1_1 was bit angry " he muttered releasing a deep breath and that answer made me to snapped open my eyes.

"Bit??? You called it bit?? You freaking tried to break my arm," i said prying his hands off of me and pulled the sleeves of my shirt just to show him those purple bruises around my wrist. He sighed again lost in words. He watched those bruised marks while biting on his own lips.

"Okay I know i was totally a ass, and I'm sorry for acting that way,it's just suddenly Deniel admitted to the hospital and Tash was crying her eyes out, i didn't know how to handle her at the moment ,and you were out of reach, then morning you came here with that prick so i lost my shit.."he said in more soft voice grabbing onto my palms.
