79. Therapy Postpones

"How can you say?" Is he actually questioning my decisions?

"Because you can't" I said with gritted teeth.

"Why can't you just tell me, Mr. Horan, what's bothering you?" This time his voice is calm.

"How can I be sure that I can trust you?" This therapist is quite convincing.

"Mr. Horan, your secrets are safe with me" the therapist says.

I don't know how to respond on his statement, cause seriously part of me wants to share everything to him and part of me says no. I mean who would tell all the things about himself to a person he just met. The truth is, Diana is the only person I trusted with everything, because I know she could help me.

"Mr. Horan?" He snaps his fingers.

"I'm sorry!" I snap out of my thoughts.

"Is there anything wrong?" The therapist asked.

"No, Doctor....." I trailed looking at his name plate "Dr. Albert" I finish.

"So, could you share now?" Dr. Albert" raises an eyebrow.

"Could you just come back tomorrow? I need to collect my thoughts, for now. I promise to share it with you tomorrow" I said in a more calm attitude.

"Sure!" The therapist stood up and knock on the door.

I watch him as he speak to the person outside, and the door opens. Finally! It is now unlock. I stood up and look out the window. It's been a while since I've look out the city, but I'm still not ready to step out. I decided to just turn the television on and watch the news.

I am actually waiting for a news about Diana but nothing appeared. I feel very dismay. I don't understand the whole thing. I really think I'm going to pass out anytime soon, cause things were running in my mind like people being chase by wild wolves. I started massaging my forehead trying to relieve the pain.

Diana's P.O.V

Today, I woke up really early because I have no work. Today is friday, and all of the executives in the company will have a meeting, so they don't let their workers work on that day to avoid distractions. The note that was posted on the announcement board says that, thw meeting is really important because it can make the company well-known and money is at stake, of course.

"It's friday, friday!" I sing out loud as I take a shower.

I wash my hair with a vanilla-scent shampoo that I really love, because it makes my hair really soft. I rinse my hair and scrub my whole body. I also made sure that it's soften by the soap, I also love.

Wait! Why am I telling all the details about how I take my shower?

After taking a shower, I put on a hoodie, ripped-knee jeans, and a high-cut converse. I just let my natural curvy air fall.

"Look who's in a good mood today!" Tara says.

"What? It's friday" I smiled sitting on the dining chair as I watch Tara prepare us both a mug of hot milk.

"Diana! You're not a student anymore. It's not like a weekend" she places the mug on the table and sits across me.

"I'm free today" I answered "Hey! Aren't you suppose to be at work, right now?" I asked sipping my milk.

"Yes! I do and because you just told me that you won't be working today, I have to take a cab" she rolls her eyes and started walking towards the door.

"Sorry!" I shouted before she even close the door.

I finish my milk and wash both of our mugs. I look at our cupboards and it's almost empty, so I decided to write a grocery list so that if I get my first salary, I'm going to buy us stuff. Imsaved the list on my phone and decided to go outside.

I'm really happy because after the stressful days I had because of work, I finally get to have a day off even though, we have a day off every sunday.

I spotted a furniture shop from a distance and. Decided to go in. I went in and started checking all of the stuff. Oh! Why not like renovate our appartment? We could make it look nicer. That's it! I'm going to save for our appartment. Manhattan can be our home permanently, since I'm starting to adjust in this place.

After going around the place, I decided to buy myself a cotton candy and just enjoy my whole free day. I sat on a bench and spotted 2 lovers cuddling each other. Dude! This is a public place!

I rolled my eyes and just went back home.
