32. The Horan Family

I woke up in the morning finding myself alone on the bed. I stretch my whole body and got out of bed. My feet led me to the bathroom and I took a bath. After taking a bath, I brush my teeth, wash my face, and put on my free hugs shirt and American flag style shorts. I went out of the room and skip downstairs.

When I got in the living room, I was surprise to see the whole Horan family. I'm glad they didn't notice me, so I quietly tip toed headed to the kitchen trying hard not to be caught, but of course Niall's fast eyes caught me.

"Baby!" he said

And all of a sudden the heads of the Horan family members turn to face me, and I just stood there smiling at them cause seriously I have no idea what to do.

"Diana! Come here!" Maura smiled

So I slowly walk towards them and stand beside the couch where Niall was seated having butterflies in my stomach.

"Nice to see you again! Diana!" Greg smiled

"Diana! The family is gathered here today, because we want to say goodbye. Well, you know what I mean it's because you and my son are going to Australia tomorrow right?" Maura smiles

I nod in reply

"I was wondering if we could have a lunch together. I mean as a whole?" Niall's dad finally spoke

"It's fine!" I gave him a smile

"Great! So I expect everyone to be in our dining area before 12" he announced

Everyone stood up and went to their seperate ways. Niall's parents went up to their room, while Greg went out to the backyard. Niall and I went in the kitchen. It was actually my first time to see Niall's father in person, cause he is really a busy man. Congratulations! Diana, you finally met the richest man in the world.

I open the fridge and found a red velvet cupcake box, so I got it out of the fridge, open the box, and grab one cupcake. I took a big bite and oh men! I tell you it taste so good. Niall stared at me and laugh.

"What?" I asked

"Nothing!" he chuckled

Niall walk towards me and lean forward. He crash his lip on the corner of mine and swipe his tongue. He pulled away and smiled.

"I like the frosting" Niall said

So all along I have a frosting on the corner of my lips, and Niall remove it by kissing me. Well, not exactly kissing it's more of a......you know! I finish my cupcake and went in the living room with Niall. We both sat on the couch our bodies adjacent to each other.

"Your dad called a while ago" Niall said

"What did he say?" I asked

"He said that we should meet at the Italian restaurant near our botique" Niall answered

"Why?" I asked

"We have dinner with him remember?" he raises his eyebrow on me

"Sorry! I forgot" I replied

"I understand!" he mumbled

"You know how to play the guitar right?" I asked in consideration

"Yeah!" Niall smiled

I sat on the piano seat and told Niall to grab his guitar and he did.

"Do you know the song A Thousand Years by Christina Perri?" I asked

"Of course!" he shrug

I started playing the first few notes on the piano, while Niall strums the strings on his guitar. I took a deep breathe and sang with the music.
