Thursday, May 16 at 1:13 p.m. Stephen Ellis peacefully left this world after 7 months of fierce battle against his cancer

He fought harder than he ever did before to live as long as he can. He knew he would die at the end but he wasn't ready

That's not dying that he wasn't ready because he thought his life were more than perfect. if he would think about his life when he was a kid, never he would've thought that he will have an amazing wife who loves him more than life itself. That she would be loving him until this terrified Thursday, That he would have a daughter who look exactly like him, a daughter who make him proud every day and a second daugther, a daughter who isn't from him but who never act like he wasn't his father, a daughter he loves like if she's his

But he's scared of dying not knowing how they'll live after this. He knows it would affect them and he didn't want them to feel this way but he can't change it. It's because of the person he was that they are affect like that. Because Stephen Ellis isn't a man like another. He is unique

He spends his whole life taking care of his family and it was weird for him to have so many people taking care of him during his battle

But as he felt their hands on him during the hours while he was on a hospital bed, the way they squeezed it and the cries he could barely heard, he knews that it will be more painful to go knowing how in pain they already are

He didn't had the strengh to fought any longer even after many tries. It was too painful, too hard for a man as weak as him because of the sickness

He left this world knowing that he made an amazing live with the one he loves. He educated his daughters with his world view. He married the love of his life and he saw the moment where his daughters met the love of their life

So why being scared of dying knowing he succeed ?
