Part 22

We stare at each other and he immediatly gets out of the bath. He walks to the room carefully and grabs a gun. He comes back and grabs a towel and place it around his waist

I stay in the bath waiting for him to tell me what i need to do.

He kneels beside me and cups my face "listen to me. You get out of the bath. Don't make a noise. Go hide in the closet and lock it until i come back. Do you understand ?"

I nod shocked about what is happening right now. He gives me a kiss and whispers in my lips "i love you"

As if it was the last time he can tell me that. As if we would never see each other again

He stands up and walks out. I hear the bedroom door and when he closes it i get out of the bath rapidly.

I mean with the best way i can since James broke me

I feel my hands shaking. My whole body is shaking. Not because of our amazing sex time

I mean yes because of that too

but more because of the fear. What if he doesn't come back? What if he gets hurt ?

I walk in the bedroom and go near the closet. Before i can open the door James enters the room with a smile on his face "it's okay baby you can get dress. There's no danger" he winks before closing the door

that's all ? Just that ? He can at least tells me what is going on

I grab a dress and rapidly put it on. I walk weirdly downstaire and when i reach the living room i see a woman who might gets in her sixty sitting on the couch. I look through the room but there's no one else

The woman looks at me shocked like if she lived here and i was an intruder. She gets up and walks toward me "who are you ?"

"hum i'm... I'm Wendy" i say a little scared. I feel like she can read my soul from the way she looks at me

Just like James does sometimes

She's taller than me and has small hazel eyes. She has blond hair but most of them are grey.

She looks at me up and down and then she crosses her arms "and can i know Miss Wendy why are you in my son's house ?"

I was about to answer when James cames in with a man wearing a suit "mom go easy on her" he says while kissing her cheeks before going behind me and play with the end of my hair

"This is Wendy. She is my girlfriend" he says smiling at his parents. His dad smiles and comes toward me with his hand infront of him

"Nice to meet you Wendy, I'm Leo Morettis and this is my wife Rosita Morettis" I shake his hand and smile at him

His wife come behind him and shakes my hand too. I don't know if she likes me or not but she's a scary one.

"the usual ?" James asks behind me and they both nod. James takes my hands and we go to the kitchen while his parents stay in the living room

"you knew they were coming ?" i ask softly

"Wendy if i knew they would come do you really think i'll react like i did in the bathroom ?" he looks at my with a little smile

I slap my forhead and he chuckles "I'm sorry i don't know why they came without saying anything. I wanted you all to meet in other circumstance and i wanted to be sure that you'll be ready to meet them" he takes my hand and brings it to his lips

"it's okay. I think it's better that way. I would have been much too stressed to meet them if I knew I was going to see them" i laugh and he smiles

"okay so my dad drink a 'Mendis Brandy' and my mom drink a 'diva vodka'" he says while getting out 4 glasses
