As far as Dream could remember, he's always had bladder issues. From when he just a kid, till the moment George moved in.
He simply wasn't physically capable of holding it. Causing annoying accidents to happen constantly.

Sapnap had lived with him longer than George, so he was aware of dreams issue. He always made sure to help dream if he did have an accident. Either by distracting George so he could change, or just by comforting his embarrassment.

Recently, he hadn't been able to hold it as much. Preventing him from doing the things he loved.
He didn't want to go out, in fear he'd pee himself in public.

He didn't want to tell George, as they hadn't been dating long. Not wanting to make George change his mind about having a relationship with him.

It was becoming extremely difficult to keep it a secret, as George wanted to become closer. Wanting to make their relationship tighter.

This became evident when they were watching a movie. They were in George's bed, and they were cuddling. Their movie had just ended, and Dream was falling asleep.

He was resting on George's chest, but he was sideways. Making his lower body rest on the bed instead.

Feeling george run his hand through his hair, he felt himself falling asleep.
Normally, he'd get up and go back to his room. Leaving George to sleep by himself.

He didn't want to do this, but didn't want to have any accidents with George. Which was very common in his sleep.
He didn't want to have to change his sheets every morning, so he'd wear diapers when he slept.

Which he was extremely embarrassed about. Thinking was pathetic for a grown man to being wearing them.

George didn't want him to leave, so he held him tightly. Wanting to cuddle, instead of dream leaving.

Making the decision to stay, Dream prayed he'd be able to hold it. It was a stupid choice, as he couldn't even hold it when he was conscious.
Even so, he let George plant kisses against his skin. Feeling the genuine fondness George had for him.

The lights were dim, and Dream was seconds from falling asleep. This was the first time he really let himself fall asleep with george, and he felt extremely safe around him. Pushing him into weariness faster than he expected.

Originally, he was going to put a diaper on before he fell asleep. But George didn't let him leave.

George wasn't tired, but still wanted dream to stay. Just letting him rest peacefully, as he gave small physical touches to him. Seeing as each one sent him to become more sleepy.

As the night went on, George found himself unable to fall asleep. Instead, he just watched tv, while his boyfriend slept. Finding the sweet moment to be adorable. Dreams sleepy face, and the snores he'd occasionally let out.

He was perfect.

The leds were set to blue, and George could see dark green ones down the hall. Indicating Dream had left them on in his room.

Suddenly, he felt dream tense. Seeing his legs squeeze together tightly, as he no longer looked peaceful.

Dreams bottom was half horizontal, while George laid diagonal. Suddenly, Dream shot up from his sleep.
