I'm selfish for not wanting to help
I'm selfish for putting myself first
For standing my ground
Defending myself since no one else can but me
I know myself better than anyone else
but yet I let other words tear me down
I let those who don't anything about me
get to my head
breaking down
but I'm selfish for putting up boundaries
