Even though there was no big party planned by Choi Yeonjun or Choi Beomgyu this weekend, the clique couldn't resist celebrating the days off. And so they decided to go to Octagon, a world famous club in Seoul, which was known for its cheap drinks and good music. However, the richest students were not satisfied with 'Cheap' and so it was not surprising that they had gathered in the VIP lounge. On this night, however, there was one exception, as the clique of five had lost a head and that head was named Choi Soobin.

But the absence of the attractive Korean with the full lips did not dampen the party mood.

The room they were in was one floor up, dark and lit only by a dim blue light. The flickering laser lights filtered through the gap of two thick red curtains and guests could be seen dancing in the distance. Ordinary people couldn't afford the VIP section of the Octagon because an evening in the lounge cost 655040 won, which was a month's rent for most. But for the guys relaxing on a classy white couch, this price was just pocket money.

In front of them was a small, oblong glass table with a bucket full of ice. The champagne that the boys had ordered was chilled in it.

Kai poured himself a generous amount of the sparkling refreshment and raised his glass, "Thanks for hiring it, Yeonjun! The booze is on me!"

Yeonjun gave a deep laugh and toasted with his friends. "Too bad Soobin couldn't come," the generous host commented after the clinking of glasses had faded.

"He really wanted to come, but you know how important these family nights are to him," Taehyun reminded them of the reason for Soobin's absence.

"That's okay," Yeonjun then said, sipping his glass. "He'll be there next time, then."

"To a good evening!" toasted Kai to his friends, sinking the contents of his glass in one go.

Beomgyu, who had so far held back on words and concentrated more on drinking, did the same to Kai and shortly afterward searched for the next bottle with his fingertips. Only Taehyun and Yeonjun took the boozing a little slower. With a knowing smile, Yeonjun's gaze wandered to his best friend, by whose face one could already see the alcohol level. "I think Beomgyu wants to quickly forget what he did," Yeonjun teased him after he was already pouring himself the next glass. He knew that although Beomgyu got drunk quickly, he had a bad habit of alcohol and could never keep the line between drunk and fully drunk.

"Oh yeah...," Kai grinned, looking to Beomgyu. "Yeonjun tipped us off that you apologized to Sharon." He really needed to let that go, because he finally had something to tease Beomgyu about again. Still, he raised his slender index finger threateningly and gestured in his direction. "But hopefully only on your behalf!"

He didn't let a second pass to make it clear how little he liked the half-Japanese, and Beomgyu unwittingly agreed with his friend with a sigh. "I just did it so she wouldn't think she was better all the time," he mumbled, slightly offended.
