The party was still in full swing and since the last few hours it seemed to have become even more people. The music was good and the alcohol was flowing in quantities. This birthday was definitely a great success, as the lightly dressed girls pranced around the different rooms of the gigantic house, while the guys looked or whistled at them, pouring themselves a new glass of the liquid happiness. While the DJ's music put people into a kind of trance, which could have been due to the influential alcohol consumption, the birthday boy Choi Yeonjun marched through his house.

It was part of his tradition to check on the well-being of his guests every now and then and see if they were having fun. In doing so, he would often stop by a group, chat with them, or advise them on cocktail drinks. Sometimes, if not quite often, he was asked about the bathroom. Certainly, it was fairly easy to get lost in the Choi Mansion. But for the past two hours, he had been spared bathroom questions, and his guests seemed to be able to enjoy themselves on their own. Some were busy making out, definitely due to the magic of the environment, alcohol and music, while others were snapping selfies and discussing them joyfully.

It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves, because Yeonjun wanted nothing more than that.

Even the students who saw the handsome young man every day at MOA shouted compliments at him. Whether it was about the house that many had already laid eyes on or the atmosphere at the party, which changed as little as his home, or his appearance. One could almost think that Yeonjun could no longer hear it, but that was not the case.

On the contrary, he was literally swimming in the compliments of his peers, feeling vindicated.

With a mere smirk on his full lips, the Choi slipped through the living room into the kitchen and was watched by many eyes. A few of the girls called something after him, but Yeonjun just waved it off. For at that very moment, his interest in conversation was lost as he spotted Sharon with five other people. His gaze slid over the many people present in the large kitchen as he walked towards his girl, and Yeonjun spotted several other groupings gathered here to play party games. Shortly after, Yeonjun stopped and watched a young man twirling an empty beer bottle and when she finally stopped, she pointed at a picture-perfect girl.

It was clear what the guy was getting at.

He probably felt like the luckiest man in the world.

Yeonjun glanced through the kitchen window, which had a good view outside into the garden. There was a small table set up on the lawn where a few guys and girls were playing Beerpong.

"Really awesome party, Choi!" a boy of the same age let him know as he passed the host.

Laughing, Yeonjun patted the person on the shoulder and fully enjoyed the attention he was getting. He knew how long some waited for the party of the year.

He knew they had counted the days.

However, this one could also be the last for him, since Yeonjun would soon be finished with his studies and would have to devote himself to working life. Possibly Beomgyu would celebrate another one or two of these birthdays, but for Yeonjun, the seriousness of life began with the end of the last semester.
