Choi Beomgyu stood scrutinizing the gigantic movie posters that had been placed behind the display to show what was currently playing in theaters. His eyes flitted over the Star Wars poster, which was in red and blue. So far, he hadn't gotten around to watching the movie, however, Beomgyu didn't know if he even wanted to. He found the movies really successful, some more and some less, however, the black-haired man could not identify with the content or the story.

He was not a hero.

But the student didn't really feel malicious either. Therefore, he had never been able to choose a side. What Beomgyu did know, however, was that he would have liked to have had a father like Qui-Gon Jinn.

Compassionate, kind-hearted, but also a great teacher.

The complete opposite of his father.

Sighing, Beomgyu turned to the door, which opened by itself due to his movement. Immediately he was greeted by two employees who waved at him as soon as they recognized him. The boy with hazel hair and narrow, cat-like eyes, who went by the name of Hoshi, was standing behind the popcorn stand cleaning the machine. Changkyun stood in front of it, wiping the glass with a rag.

"Well, if it isn't Choi Beomgyu, I'll eat the cash register," Hoshi said, grinning from ear to ear.

"Bon appetit," Beomgyu only replied and let his gaze wander further to be able to assess whether there were still guests here whom he might know from the university. But it was late and since the two were already cleaning the stall, it meant that the last movie screening had already started. So Beomgyu calmly stood by the two teenagers, responded to Changkyun's handshake, and glanced at Hoshi, who was still grinning at the previous comment. "Do you actually just hand out popcorn all the time?" He gestured at Hoshi's location while Changkyun wiped the counter, showing more movement with his back-and-forth pacing than his colleague.

"Definitely," Changkyun agreed with him and gave Hoshi a reproachful look after standing at Beomgyu's side for the moment to take a little breather.

But Hoshi behind the popcorn machine wasn't listening at all.

"Hey Beomgyu!" he said instead, holding up two different colored jelly beans in each hand. "Red or blue capsule?"

It was a reference to the Matrix movies.

The person addressed tilted his head and looked thoroughly at the two jelly beans, then raised his hand and grabbed the legendary red capsule and put it between his lips.

Hoshi, on the other hand, only gave a sigh.

"No one ever takes the blue ..." he expressed disappointment and ate the blue 'capsule'. No sooner could the taste of the blue candy unfold than the employee's face contorted. "I understand now why ..."

"Nobody wants to live in a dream world, Hoshi. It's more bitter than the truth," Beomgyu commented on his choice.

Changkyun, on the other hand, had to laugh at his colleague's grimace, "Well, lucky you don't have smoke coming out of your ears."
