With a bitter sigh, Beomgyu put his glass back on the table after wetting only his lips. He had been drinking his vodka for several hours now, although he really didn't want to touch another drop of alcohol. But so that his friends wouldn't notice and start asking funny questions to which he had no answer anyway, he left it at that, just sipping the spicy swill.

Fortunately, his friends didn't notice.

And while they were engrossed in a conversation and not paying attention to Beomgyu, he fished his smartphone out of his pocket. He wanted to pass the time on the Internet, because the atmosphere in the VIP lounge of the Octagon was not particularly intoxicating.

Kai, who also had his cell phone in his hands and was chatting with Taehyun as well as chatting, seemed unfocused and often confused the words he wanted to write or say. This made for a very bizarre conversation with the man wearing glasses, who already seemed so annoyed that you could tell he would rather be at home.

The MOA-beauty Soobin did not take part in the conversation, was also otherwise quite silent and bobbed to the beat of the music.

And Yeonjun ...

Yeonjun had been gone for what felt like an eternity.

In the toilet.

And even though Beomgyu was glad not to have to bother with his intoxicating presence, he was still worried about his best friend and let his gaze wander briefly to the exit of the lounge. He quickly changed his mind, wiped both eyes with one hand, and refocused his display. It was better this way, because then he wouldn't have to feel so tense around Yeonjun all the time. "Aish!", Beomgyu cursed shortly after, however, after realizing that the mobile data on his smartphone had long since been depleted and he had no access to the Internet. And to his regret, no one responded to Beomgyu's cursing either, which is why he squinted at his friends. His gaze deliberately fell on the brown-haired man and his smartphone. Kai seemed to have absolutely no problems, and at that he immediately remembered that the latter was always mooching off Yeonjun's hotspot. "I need Yeonjun's hotspot sometime, too," Beomgyu called attention to himself, gesturing to the silver cell phone the long-legged man had left on the leather couch.

"Interesting...", Taehyun murmured thoughtfully, completely ignoring Beomgyu's request while his gaze was fixed on the dancing people. "Isn't that Han Dong over there?" he suddenly added, tapping Soobin on his knee.

Sullenly, Beomgyu glanced at Taehyun and cursed him for his ignorance, then turned to Kai and nudged him, "What's Yeonjun's password?"

The Huening winced and glanced at his seatmate, obviously having been so lost in thought that he too had not heard Beomgyu's first question.

So the latter repeated his problem and his question.

"Take a guess," Kai returned with a mischievous grin. "You have three tries before it locks up."
