Prologue

Seulgi's Pov

"I'll kill you! You're wasting my time! I shouldn't have agreed on marrying you, you are USELESS, Kang Seulgi!" My lovely wife shouted.

You're probably wondering why it's lovely when it doesn't look lovely. Because even if she hurts, kicks, and punches me every time she sees me, despite all her hurtful words, I can't stop my heart from racing whenever she pays attention to me. To cut a long story short, I love her.

"Remember, I will never love you just because we are married! My life has become hell because of you!" She greeted her teeth.

I can see rage in her eyes, and I can tell she wants me to leave, but how can I? Every time I wake up, my heart yearns for her; even if she scolds me, it makes my heart happy; and even if she doesn't eat what I cook, I'm happy because I'm her husband, partner, or spouse.

I remember our wedding day. She looked stunning in her elegant white gown, and her stance is also elegant. From her pretty black orbs that make you feel like she's looking into your soul when she looks at you, to her pointed nose and her pinkish lips that look so sweet.

When she was walking to the aisle, I got stunned because she looks so beautiful in her gown even if it's obvious that she's not happy to be there. From that moment, I promise to myself and to god that I will love this woman no matter what until my last breath.

"Get out! I don't want to see you, don't ever show your face to me. Your disgusting!" Her body is trembling because of anger.

I smiled sadly at her, "I promise to god that I will not leave you, wife. Punch me, kick me, hurt me do whatever you want, hurt me emotionally and mentally but I will never leave your side no matter what."

"You wanna know why? Because I love you." I said while caressing her face but she slap again.

"Get out!"

I sighed and started walking, but she said those words that made my heart break.

"I regret trusting you, Seulgi. I wish I hadn't met you! I treated you like a brother because that's all I have to offer, but I didn't realize you were desperate to marry me." I came to a halt and looked at her slowly.

I see regret in her eyes, and that really broke my heart.

"Don't expect me to be nice to you, I will treat you like a trash! Because that's where you belong to!"

"I loathed you, Kang Seulgi. I hope you die." With that she walk past through me then head upstairs to her room.

I smiled bitterly, "I know wife, me too."

Will the time come when you love me too?

Will you even treat me like your spouse.

We've been married for three years, and I'm getting tired of it. I know you want me to leave or give up on you, but every time I think you won't be mine anymore or that I won't be able to hear your voice, my heart breaks. That I would rather live with you even if you despise me than live without you.
