Seulgi's POV

That happened several days ago but I still smile when I think about it. One time, Seungwan said why do I keep smiling, I look like a fool. I said nothing, but I'll never forget what she did.

I'm currently in the supermarket. Our refrigerator and cabinets are bare. You are aware that food is life.

Before leaving, I check to see if there is anything missing. It's a good thing I checked because I haven't gotten any Pringles yet. Unfortunately, this supermarket failed to restock, and only one can remains. Fortunately, I was still able to catch up.

I was about to grab the last can when someone else grabbed it as well. "Excuse me, but I saw this first," I said quickly to this person.

I can't see the person because he or she is wearing a cap, matching hodies, and sunglasses.

"No, I saw it first. Remove your hands," I frowned at what it said. This (the pringles) was the first thing I noticed. It's good to fight because I was the first to see it and it's my favorite.

"I'm really sorry, but I was first. Just find another one," I tighten my grip on the can.

"Are you blind? You see it's the last one. Just give it to me. Don't you know who I am?" It grumbled.

I shook my head. "No, and who are you for me to recognize? I was the first to touch it, after all."

"Are you sure you don't know who I am?"

"No, I don't mind."

This person removed its sunglasses and cap. I'm stunned because she's stunning, but my wife is even more stunning.

"Now, do you remember me?" she asked, smirking.

I lock my gaze on her, but I don't know who she is. She is, however, familiar. I believe I saw her somewhere.

"Nope, and I don't really remember you," I shake my head.

She lightly tapped my arm. "Urghh! Why don't you recognize me? Do you want me to remind you of our first encounter?" She bit her lips seductively.

"We've met? That's why you're familiar, but I don't care. I have to go now." She dropped the Pringles, so I put it in my cart, and was about to walk out when she grabbed my shirt and pinned me to the shelf. It's fortunate that the shelf did not collapse. Tsk!

That hurts, can I beat her? "Do you remember me?" She asked, drawing her body in closer.

Her mountains are palpable to me. I'm not trying to be a pervert, but I really feel it, and it's big.

I lightly pushed her and held her shoulders. "Stop. I don't and I'm already married," I said, showing her my wedding ring.

She stared at my ring for a long time. "It's okay if you're married. I'll make you mine. Anyway, if you really don't remember me, I'm the girl you almost kissed in the bar. Do you remember?" she smirked as she noticed my eyes widen.

I remember her. I'm not sure what was going through my mind at the time, but I desperately wanted to taste her lips. "O-oh yeah. It's you. Ah, I need to go, thanks for the Pringles," I scratched the back of my neck.

I quickly left and went to the counter, but she grabbed my wrist before I could get away. "I'm Kim Jennie, baby, and don't forget about me because I'll be your next wife."

She released my wrist and walked away. I clutched my chest because my heart was racing. Something bad is going to happen, I have a feeling.

---

I had just exited the parking lot and was about to board a taxi when I noticed Hyun with another man. Her back was turned to me, so she didn't notice me.

I was about to approach her when her waist was grabbed and she was pulled in for a kiss on the lips. My fist clenched. There is an immediate return after the thrills she gave me. Tsk!

I let out a sigh. I didn't get any closer and instead took a taxi. When I got home, I immediately arranged what I bought and started cooking. I have to cook even though I don't want to.

I eventually heard the front gate open. I just kept cooking and didn't say anything to her.

Her footsteps approached the kitchen. "Didn't I tell you, Seulgi, that when you do something stupid, don't show it to me?"

I continued to ignore her and do what I was doing when she suddenly came up to me and slapped me. "Answer me!" she yelled.

I sighed deeply. "Yes, as far as I recall, I didn't do anything wrong, so what's the problem?" I said sluggishly.

I'm getting sick of it. I'm doing everything I can to maintain control in front of her because I don't want to hurt her. Why is she so angry when I did nothing wrong before? She always becomes enraged as soon as I enter the house.

"Why didn't you just agree to my divorce request? You're free to do whatever you want, and I'm free to do whatever I want! There's no pest in my life!"

I tried to take her hands in mine, but she moved away. "How many times do I have to tell you, Hyun, I don't want to? We swore in front of God through thick and thin, and that's what I'm doing right now, so please don't say that." Even if she despises me, she is my life. I don't believe the heart can handle it; just thinking about it breaks my heart.

Yes, I'm martyr but I don't want to let her go.

I don't want to do it, but I have no choice. I gradually lower myself to my knees to kneel. "Hyun, please give our marriage another chance, it's been years. Maybe you can give in, even if it's just this. You didn't hear me complain or get angry with you even though I know you're with someone else. Please give us a chance," I beg.

"I swear if things don't work out—" I swallow the lump in my throat.

"I'll take your offer and handle our divorce papers myself, even if it's against my will." I don't want to do it, but it's the only way I can think of to save our marriage. Yes, I am selfish, but I promise her father that I will do anything for her.

If she really doesn't want it anymore, I'll let her go.

I noticed her make an unfamiliar expression, which she quickly replaced with coldness. She turned and walked away from me.

I was left on my knees in the kitchen. I'm in pain; perhaps I should just consider her request?

But there's nothing wrong with giving it a shot, right? I'll keep trying until I win her heart.
