Gil: *sighs* Okay, here goes... The most prominent state is California. He's very dark and anti-everything. Um, Washington (not DC, since that's technically America himself) is kind of happy. He has lots of great weather, apparently, but he's not to talk to about women. He can't stand women. Florida's a jerk, always has been... um, and New York is a very closed-up guy. ..... What other states are there?
