happy new year.
I saw a bunch of photos of you out with your friends from their story, you looked cute. It seems like you were genuinely having a good time and I'm glad for that. Seeing you in that old long green shirt and those ripped blue jeans you always wore brought back so many memories. If it wasn't for your hair, you looked almost to be the exact same as before you left. You looked cute, that's it, and I hope you got a good new years kiss.
Maybe this new year will bring good for the both of us, maybe it'll mean that these silly chapters might come to an end. Maybe it'll mean I'll finally stop hoping and fantasizing about what could've been and what I still want deep down. I'll never understand why I can't get over you but at the same time, I know perfectly why. You just were the best thing, and the most truest love in my life. Even though I'm still young, I'll spend forever missing you. Someone who gets to actively hang out with you is someone who I'm very jealous of. I wish I got to party with you this New Year's Eve, mine kinda sucked. It was nice, but not the typical booze-fest rager I so very wanted. I'm glad I got to end my night with seeing you though, even from another person's experience. It was nice seeing you have a nice night. Anyway, goodnight.
