Put that on my team, put that on my G's...
I say what I mean, you already know...
Put that on my city, put that on my Bentley...
For the past hour, I have been trying to decipher what is going on in the interrogation room with Carter. Here is definitely here, I can hear him laugh every time they threaten him. He does not have a lot of patients and I am worried he will snap soon.
The entity is here in the room with me. I can see it too, the dark ominous shadow playing the game until it is its turn to handle the situation. It is enjoying this, enjoying this too much I would say.
The suffering of my anxiousness and Carter's anger is fueling the yellow-eyed demon sitting across from me. The shadow comes down the walls and seeping into the vents. I don't get how or why it does that, it just seems too out of the norm for something like that.
A knock comes at the door and a woman walks in. Her tight dress pants are a little wrinkled and her shirt buttons missed by one. She totally just got laid.
She grabs a cup at pours some water into it from a pitcher on the coffee table. Her hands shake a bit telling me she is nervous.
Is this her first interrogation?
"Hi, I am Noel Trimmer."
Noel sits down in the chair opposite of me, "I am not a cop."
Her manicured nails tell me that right away. Dark red paint covers her nails with no chips and the silver bracelet hangs loosely around her wrist as if it is not hers.
"I am a spokesperson for the young woman juvenile center here in town. There was an issue with one of the officers on the site and they told me to come here to speak with you."
Not letting myself fold, I wonder why they would send her. I am not a juvenile... They would have found my make twenty-one-year-old license in the car.
Did they not find the car? That would be a relief, we would have a chance to leave here.
The charges we would get if they found it would be astonishing. Carter would take the blame and say I had nothing to do with it of course, but I would get charged anyway.
I raise my brows in question, "talk about what?"
She seems surprised at my words, but she covers her shock quickly. The cup in her hand is set on the table next to the pitcher of water.
"About what happened with the officer at the site," she innocently says.
"Nothing happened," something did happen.
