Sorry...

"I am sorry that I did this," refraining from my lips.

The sink water and soap will not help me get this blood off of my hands. His blood is staining my skin. He comes up from behind me, I am scared of what he will say to me.

My reflection is getting distorted, and residual energy forming in this bathroom. I can't help but feel proud in this matter. My sins are will grow to be here forever as long as this mirror stands.

In my head, I practice what I am going to say to him when he asks me questions I don't want to hear. His breath is hot on my neck. He is leaning behind me to reach for the shower.

The water runs and he moves the shower curtain back a bit. I see his eyes wander around the shower before coming over to me. The eyes of sadness and hatred bore into my murderous ones.

If I learned the game, the outcome of this lesson maybe I could be better. There is no chance that will happen now, not after what I just did.

He takes my wrist gently and pulls me into him. The warm water hits my skin and I lean into it the more I feel the water relax my tight muscles. The boy helps wash the blood away while I stare at the shower tile below me. Red crimson blood pools down and I feel like the world is falling apart, my world at least.

Seventy-two hours earlier...

Hector told Jonathan and me that we needed to go pick something up for his boss. His boss Mr.Lake, the entity showed me a vision of Mr.Lake handing Hector money. I am going to assume that is who he is.

We will be going on a hike into the jungle by the volcano. Jonathan recommended bringing a backpack with some clothes and water just in case we stop or need to camp out. I am not sure how long this charade will take, but it doesn't sound as short as I hoped it would be.

I only brought a small backpack with me anyway, there wasn't much I had. Jonathan grabbed some things for me when we were back in Grass Valley. Carter had left the hotel room door open, so it was easier for him to access it.

A couple of shirts, pants, bras, and underwear was packed... I am a little turned off by the fact he touched my underwear and bras, but I am grateful he at least packed them for me.

Walking down the halls to the front door, Jonathan and Hector are waiting for me in a truck. Hector is in the driver's seat and Jonathan is in the passenger seat. I am in the back.

My shirt hugs my torso snugly and my shorts sit nicely on my hips. I don't think there will be too much driving when we get to the hiking trail, I bet it is all o foot from there. The entity won't make us go on forever, it seems as though what it wants is close by.

"We are going to be driving for about an hour and then we will get off at a trail near the park entrance," Hector tells us.
