"Caroline, I'm bringing Maggie to the park and we will be home later. Breakfast is on the counter. Have a good day, sweetie!" She knocked shut my door quitely as I groaned shifting my body to force the agonizing light out of my eyes. I forgot about my phone laying on my chest so it swung to the floor face front.

"Shit," I whispered hoping it didn't crack. I pushed my limp body off the mattress tied my hair in a messy bun and picked up my phone. I had '1 New Message' so I decided to sit back down on my bed inorder to read it. Squinting at the harsh light even if it was 11 o clock, I was never a morning person. I unlocked the home screen and looked at the small print.

'So I see you decided to use my digits. ;)' I rolled my eyes at his cheekiness and shut my phone off not wanting to respond. I walked into the bathroom holding onto my towel and plugged my phone into my ihome on the window sill. I turned on Pandora and started the shower.

I decided I was going to go to the beach this afternoon before it got to late because thats when everyone got the best spot on the beach. I quickly ran a brush through my wet hair then putting it up in a bun. I slipped on a light blue bikini, a fresh top and denim shorts went right over it. I slipped on some sandals and jogged downstairs. I grabbed the surfboard out of my Aunt's garage and started walking towards the beach.

When I arrived it was packed. Little kids throwing baseballs, kicking soccerballs, swimmers, surfers, and parents tanning covered the sandy dunes. I luckily found a bare spot near the water where I spread my towel out. I put on some sunscreen and grabbed my board. I ran closer to the waters surface feeling the temperature of the waves. It wasn't to bad considering it had been heating all summer. I ran into the water straddling my board on either side paddling my arms through the currents. Some couple was sitting on their boards and wading through the water. I paddled past them and waited for a wave to come.

After waiting for a couple minutes a big wall of water was coming towards me, I stood up on my board trying to catch up with the force and rode it closer towards the sand's edge. I made it so my board came to an abrupt stop and I tripped landing on the sand next to me.

"You alright?" A girl came rushing towards me. I shook off the sand on my hands and feet standing up nodding at the girl. She was built like a dancer, tall, strong. She was tan and had curly brown hair that bounced off her shoulders.

"You had a pretty nasty spill," The girl chuckled at me helping me up by my forearm. I nodded again embarrissed by my actions. "I'm Danielle, Dani for short."

"Caroline." I smiled shaking her strong hand.

"Nice to meet you, are you a college student?" She was walking me up towards my towel where I was planning to tan, alone.

"No, senior in highschool. Are you?"

"I'm a senior too. I'm guessing you go to th boarding school near by?" I nodded sitting down on my towel.

"Awesome, well I guess I'll see you around Caroline." I gave her a little wave not trying to be rude but I only had one week to myself so I was going to take advantage of it. Dani..that really sounded familiar. Her hair, her body too. I put in some headphones trying to block out the sounds of the segalls and I placed sunglasses on my eyes. One Direction started playing in my ears and it all came to me. How could I be so dumb? That was Liam Paynes girlfriend. My fangirling had kind of come to a minimum because of my encounter with Louis and El so I was getting better. I picked up my phone off the sand and decided to text Emma.

'Just met Danielle, Liam's girlfriend. Jelly? ;)' I put my phone back down and shut my eyes blocking out the sunlight. After 2 minutes I felt a vibration next to my hand.

'I hate you. I hate you so much. Please, get her number and give it to me. SKYPE ME TONIGHT. K?'

I laughed at her responce and sent her a quick text back, 'Fine. I love you too. ;*' I put my phone back down and shut my eyes. After a little while something hit my head waking me up with a jolt. I didn't realize I fell asleep. I pulled my sunglasses down glaring at the boy who hit me. He was too far to tell who it is but he was a tallish blonde with a very nice body. He seemed to be playing ball with some other guy.

"Ouch," I sarcastically muttered while the blonde one came rushing over towards me.

"I'm so sorry- Oh, hey." His face turned into a smirk. It was the same boy who had hit on me at the resteraunt last night.

"Oh give me a break, what are you following me?" I rudely retorted. I wanted to make myself seem hard to get. It was fun playing with guys emotions.

"No- I'm just here with my mates. How come you didn't respond to my text?"

"Look kid, I don't even know you're name,"

"Niall, Niall Horan. Whats yours, gorgeous?" Everything inside me stopped working. Okay, yeah I already met half of 'One Direction' but Niall was my favorite. Was he actually hitting on me? He actually thought, me. Caroline Goddard was gorgeous?

"Cat got your tongue?" Niall smirked again picking up the ball out of the sand.

"N-no. Just go back with you friends Niall." I emphasized his name trying to make myself look not interested. I could tell he wasn't going to buy it.

"Alright, two can play at that game." I didn't know what he was talking about. Niall grabbed onto my white surfboard and ran towards the water. This should be interesting.
