Hi there ♥ Missed us? :D
Sorry for a late update, I've been busy and lazy these days, but the show goes on, no worries~ I'll hope you're still enjoying this story, even though this chapter is very sad :D

The bartender puts a glass of sparkling water in front of the guy and, leaning against the bar, looked at him carefully. "Are you sure you don't want something stronger?" said Jungsuk with a snide smile. A friend's sad gaze screamed that he needed it.

"No, you know I don't drink," Haein replied briefly, getting annoyed every time Jungsuk offered him alcohol.

He didn't want to share his secrets and tell him how he had to take his father to the hospital because he could not stop drinking. Haein did not say that he had initially joined the dirty drug business precisely because he needed to get a large amount of money in a short period of time. Unfortunately, all his efforts to help his father survive were in vain.

"Jungsuk, prepare glasses and a bottle of wine for Mr. Park in the ninth room. Or whatever this bastard loves, choose yourself" A woman came to the bar and, noticing Haein's thoughtful look, put a hand on his shoulder. "Did something happen, honey? You haven't been yourself the last few days."

"The lady of his heart doesn't sleep with him, it seems," chuckled Jungsuk, having received a stern look from a woman, he quickly hid his smile, pretending to be looking for the right bottle among the others.

"Is that true, Haein?" she asked cautiously, staring into Haein's face, who was burning ashes the back of Jungsuk's head with anger.

"Don't listen to him, noona," he replies and turned to the bartender, "Jungsuk-hyung, I strongly advise you not to drink anything from this bar, I will definitely mix your drink with Viagra!" he threatened his friend, who only laughed at his words.

"I don't mind if you do. There's a crowd of girls in the club who dream to drag me into one of the VIP rooms," he grinned contentedly, shrugging his shoulders, and turned to face them with a bottle of wine. "Jiyoo-noona, can you just arrange a date for me with that new blonde?" he asked, wanting to make her jealous with his question.

"You! Take the bottle and glasses and deliver the order yourself," she told the guy, noticing that Haein was not in the mood for jokes now. Jiyoo cared too much about this guy and saw that he wanted to talk. "Come on, move your buns, Jungsuk, it's healthy for you. I see you're stuck too much in one place."

Jungsuk did not quarrel and, pouting his lips in resentment, obediently headed towards the rooms with a tray.

"Noona, I'm fine, don't worry," Haein said immediately, squeezing his phone, at the screen of which he had looked eight times in the last ten minutes. Jisoo hadn't responded to any of his texts since yesterday.

Due to the preparation for the third round, the girl had almost no time for him. She stopped coming to school altogether. In the morning she attended master classes, in the evening she rehearsed in one of the halls of the academy, and at night she studied school subjects. At the beginning of the week, she asked him for understanding of her daily schedule until she performs on Monday at the last stage of the audition. But on the fourth day, Haein already felt that he was losing his mind. He was afraid that when Jisoo entered the academy, this routine would not go away. He will lose her for good.

"I may not be the best relationship advisor, but I can help you from personal experience," said Jiyoo, and pressed her back against the bar. She was more comfortable talking to a young drug dealer on a painful subject than making a false laugh at her clients' dirty jokes, who tipped well for just being around.
