Standing at the door of the apartment, the girl did not expect to see that in front of her will appear an unfamiliar young man, who examined the guest and scratched the back of his head. Jisoo was first of all surprised that this door had finally opened for her, because she spent more than one evening outside Haein's apartment waiting to meet him after work, although she guessed that the guy was home. He just didn't want to see her.

"Er... I..." she began uncertainly, shifting timidly from foot to foot. She had no plan or purpose when she told Jaehyun's driver this address. She just needed to be close to him, even if through the thick front door of his apartment.

"You've come to the right place, don't worry," the guy smiled at her, recognizing in the girl the very lady of his friend's heart.

He was helped in this by a photo of Jisoo, because of which Haein broke his phone a few weeks ago. And the girl was given away by her school uniform. He stepped aside, letting her inside, and was glad that she was here. He didn't like Haein's depressed state at all. And the fact that the guy began to get involved in drinking alcohol, too. Even if today they decided to limit themselves to beer only.

"Who's there, hyung?" Haein asked as he left the bathroom.

While in the bathroom, he heard the sounds of the front door opening and thought that a friend had decided to order food at home. So, when he saw Jisoo taking her shoes off and going inside, he froze in place. He wasn't drunk enough to forget the show she and Jaehyun had made in the school hallway.

"Jisoo, go away. I beg you," he said rudely, hiding his eyes to the side, and went into the kitchen to get another beer from the fridge.

"No, Jisoo, you stay. 'Cause I'm sick of seeing his sour face," his friend added tipsy, with his eyes showing the girl to sit on a chair by the countertop. "I'm Lee Jungsuk, nice to meet you. You can call me oppa", he winked at her kindly, and she nodded in confusion.

Whoever this guy was, Jisoo was subconsciously rejoiced in his presence, because otherwise Haein wouldn't even have opened the door for her. And Jungsuk was definitely trying to defuse the situation. She's going to need his help.

"Likewise," she answered briefly and cautiously added, "Oppa."

"I already like her," Jungsuk smiled contentedly, looking at Haein, who was leaning against the wall by the fridge, drank from a can and stared at the girl with a fixed icy gaze. "Will you have a drink with us?"

"No, no, I don't drink," she shook her head and her hands, and bit her lower lip when she saw Haein looking at her. A wave of goosebumps ran through her body. "And I thought Haein too," she added quietly, knowing full well the reason why the guy had always been against drinking alcohol. It made her uncomfortable with the realization of that he had probably started drinking because of her.

"I'm already an adult. Allowed to," he grinned, defiantly taking a sip of the can, and drained it completely. Without removing his indifferent gaze from the girl huddled in a chair, he crushed the aluminium can with his fist and threw it into the trash can lying behind Jisoo, what for a second made her think that he was aiming at her. She was lucky that Haein was really good at basketball.

"Maybe you still have a drink?" Jungsuk smiled awkwardly, sensing a negative atmosphere hung in the apartment freezing his skin. Are you of age?"

Jisoo wanted to shake her head and make excuses that she didn't drink because she was doing ballet, but Haein cut her off with a haughty snort.

"No, but she is adult enough to make a baby," he said, continuing to press his back against the wall, and crossed his arms on his chest.

"Whoa, that's... uh..." Jungsuk was speechless for a moment, though it's actually very hard to shut him up. He did not know such a fact from the biography of the lady of the heart of his friend and began to feel like a third wheel. "Is that true?"
