"So, he needs more rest?"

Hera played with the dagger she's holding before throwing it in Ares' direction who dodged it effortlessly while his back is leaning on the wall, the dagger being stuck on the wall behind him, just beside his cheek.

"Yes, that's what Tita Eunice said." Ares pulled the dagger before throwing it back at Hera's direction na itiginil iyon gamit ang kaniyang mahika.

"That's boring!" Hera huffed. "My cute bloody brother is going to be so bored because he'll just have to sleep all day long!"

"Well, he has no other choice." Ares rolled his eyes. "It is a must so he could recover faster." He added.

"Seriously... If he wanted to die, he should just tell me so I can kill him myself." He mumbled quietly, eyeing his younger brother's unconscious body.

Hera huffed loudly. "If he wanted to die, I could've just stabbed him myself." She sniffed.

"Are you crying?" Kunot noong tanong ni Ares sa kapatid.

"N-no..." Hera's voice broke as she sniffed loudly. "Am not... Why would I do that...? That's unprincess-like."

"You are not the definition of a princess, though." Nagtatakang sabi ni Ares. "If there's someone who acts like a princess, then it'll be that Cherry girl or something." He added, unconsciously annoying his younger sister.

"It's Cherish, not Cherry!" Sumama ang tingin ni Hera sa kaniyang sariling kuya. "Besides, why did you even remember that wench? Perhaps..."

She gasped.

"Do you like her? Eww! You have an awful taste! Yuck!"

"Bobo ka ba? Naalala ko lang yung batang 'yon dahil panay ang padala niya ng liham kay Kuya, tinatanong kung kumusta na si Loki." Asar niyang wika.

No one can go in and out of the palace grounds since Loki's poisoning happened, thus, Cherish wasn't able to visit her Imperial friend. She knew about the incident because Hades wrote her a letter to let her know why she can't come for a while.

"Don't tell me... Kuya's answering her letters?!"

Hera looks so betrayed since she knows that her Kuya Hades would indeed humor the said young lady.

"I thought he's against the idea of Loki marrying... I can't believe he will do this!"

"Stop being dramatic, Hera. It doesn't suit you." Pang-aasar ni Ares with a straight face.

His gaze, then, landed on his younger brother who slowly opened his eyes kaya napatayo siya nang maayos dahil sa gulat. "Loki!"

"Huh?" Panic was drawn all over Hera's pretty face as she looked at the direction of her younger brother. "No! No! No! Don't wake up just yet!"

She jumped to the bed, immediately tapping her index finger to his forehead, releasing a sleeping magic from it, sending it to Loki who fell asleep again.

Hera and Ares looked at each other before letting out a sigh.

"That was close..."

"Your Imperial Majesty, you should eat." A man with long white hair and blue eyes stared at Sigyn who continued reading her books without darting the man any attention.

Napakurap si Loki nang mapagtantong nasa isang panaginip na naman siya, and this time, his mom is with his Kuya Hades' father.

Tumulala si Loki sa mukha ni Hezekiah at doon niya napansin that Hezekiah's face is more softer in features than his kuya. Pero pareho naman silang gwapo so no need to compare.

"Your Imperial Majesty..." Pakiki-usap nito ulit. "You've been reading nonstop. Please eat something."

Sigyn sighed. "I will eat later. Just put it there."

"No." Naging madiin ang pagbigkas ni Hezekiah. "Alam nating dalawa na hindi ka kakain kahit na iyan ang sabihin mo."

Sigyn closed her book, glaring at the white haired man na hindi nagpatinag at sinamaan din siya ng tingin. The two glared at each other, not backing down.

"If it was Kuya Hades, paniguradong sumunod na kaagad si Mama..." Loki mumbled.

"Silviandesia." Seryoso na ang hitsura ni Hezekiah, nabura na ang katingting na kabaitan sa kaniyang mukha. "Eat."

"Fine..." Sigyn grumbled, grabbing the plate from Hezekiah's hands pero hindi iyon ibinigay ni Hezekiah sa kaniya.

"What now, Kiah? Please... I just want to read and relax without any disturbances."

"Your Majesty, I can give you all the relaxation time you want, alam mo 'yan." Hezekiah said as he's willing to tire himself for Sigyn to have her own personal time.

Handa siyang lunurin ang sarili niya sa pagod para lang kahit minsan ay makapagpahinga nang walang responsibilidad si Sigyn.

"But, I'm begging you... Make sure you take care of yourself while you're relaxing, hindi yung hindi ka kakain o matutulog. Paano na kapag wala ako? Like, I'm away for a trip? Hindi mo man lang ba aalagaan ang sarili mo dahil sa wala ako? You're not going to remind yourself to eat nor sleep?"

Natahimik si Sigyn habang sinesermonan siya.

"Hindi ko gusto ang ganito mong pag-uugali, Silviandesia." Galit na talaga si Hezekiah.

Sigyn looked down at her lap as a small pout was drawn on her lips. "I'm sorry, Kiah... I won't do it again."

"You better be." Hezekiah sighed as his gaze finally softened. "Promise me, Your Majesty. You're gonna take care of yourself kahit na wala ako sa tabi mo."

"Don't say that... It's like you're also going to leave me, Kiah."

Sigyn looked up at Hezekiah na seryoso pa ring nakatitig sa kaniya, hinhintay ang pangako nito na hinihiling niya'y gawin nito upang mapanatag ang loob niya.

"Yes, I promise..."

A blinding light suddenly appeared kaya napapikit si Loki dahil sumakit ang mata niya dahil doon.

"Aww... What's that?" He tried to open his eyes pero masyado pang maliwanag kung kaya't ipinikit niya ito ulit. He even covered it using his palms dahil sa takot na mabulag siya dahil sa sobrang liwanag.

A sudden surge of energy encircled his body before entering it. Nagulat si Loki as he felt the energy moving like water flowing inside him. The energy inside him suddenly burst palabas ng katawan niya. Instead of being painful, it was actually relieving like a mountain of rocks were released from inside of him.

"What you did was dangerous."

Dahan-dahan niyang binuksan ang mga mata niya after he heard that familiar voice he was so sure he heard before. Nakakakita na siya nang kunti but not that much as the light is still in front of him.

When he fully opened his eyes, he saw a blurry figure as the man was being surrounded by the light.

He can feel it... He definitely knows this guy as he doesn't feel any danger coming from him. He actually felt safe as he stared at the silhouette.

"W-who are y-you...?" Nanginginig ang boses ni Loki as he uttered those words. May hinala na siya kung sino iyon but he wanted to make sure he was right.

The man hummed. "Don't do it again. Don't endanger yourself like that." He said.

"A-ah..." Loki stretched his arm, trying to reach the man. "Y-you are..."

He can hear the sound of a happy smile from the man who reached for Loki's hand, pulling him closer as the man's arms wrapped around his body in a tight yet comfortable hug.

Loki gasped, his hands grabbing the man's body as he unconsciously placed his chin on the man's broad shoulder. Kitang-kita niya sa kaniyang peripheral ang itim na itim na buhok ng lalaki.

"It's alright now." The man tapped Loki's back softly. "You're safe now. The poison's gone. I made sure it won't harm you again."

The man, then, hummed as he heard Loki's sob of relief.

"Papa's here now, Lokesio..."
