the prince let out a small smile as joshua saw how he stared at the dog he's been squishing for about a minute now. "i dont know exactly, but lady kim told me her past abusive owners tried to crippled him in order for her not to escape through her cage before." then seokmin pouted along with that expression in his eyes.

though joshua does not know what exactly happened or he didnt seem to imagine what kind of owner does this little cute chihuahua has before, but seeing how the dog was trying so hard to walk to reach for seokmin nor how hard she tried to eat those dog foods the prince was giving him, it was enough for his heart to shrink as sympathy flew down into his veins. joshua wasnt really interested in everything.. he does not care whether its person nor a disabled animals, he was selfish, he was.. he was nowhere of what he was acting right now. and he was far from what he is before after he met seokmin... after the prince came into his life and changed everything.

and even how the prince turned his world upside down.

"whats her name again?" then joshua bend down to be on the same level as what seokmin and the chihuahua was right now, and when the prince told him her name. joshua smiled. "hi ujung... nice to meet you."

joshua laughed when ujung.. the chihuahua dog barked at him after he greet her and to their surpriseㅡboth him and seokminㅡujung didnt finish her meals as she tried so hard to walk to reach for where joshua was squating on the side of where her cage was. joshua's heart melts witnessing how the dog tried so hard to come close to him and when it was too much for him to handle, he went closer too to welcome ujung so the dog wont have to walk that far from where her cage was. because yes, the dog was disabled and she can't use her left leg to walk properly as she was diagnosed to have been crippled due to how her past owners treated her.

when joshua already got the change to touch the dog, he cooed at how cute ujung was. her huge brown eyes that was beaming in front of him, how his two ears was swaying as tail was wagging prolly showing that she was happy and and she was comfortable being around joshua as her tongue was also out while continously moving inside joshua's grip making him laughed. honestly, joshua can admit that this is the first time he ever touched a dog.. yes, in his entire life, he never got to touch a single dog as hansol loves cats more than anything as he grew up inside their firm not knowing anything about pet animals... even the mans best friends, dogs.

and also because his parents was busy enough to even had the idea to buy or adopt a family dog.

"she likes you.." he heard seokmin utter as he also heard how he giggled.

joshua hummed while playing with ujung. "i like you too."

"w-what?"

he did not realized what he said and if its not because of how he heard seokmin reacted, he wouldn't noticed and wouldn't realized what words did he utter. and when he did, it may sound too cringe but joshua did felt how his heart beats in embarrassment and nervousness at the same time as some heat crawled up from his neck to his face.. didnt know where he came from, making him stop from playing ujung as he held his head low like as if the prince had caught him doing something illegal.
